A series of four ferrocenyl ester compounds, 1-methoxycarbonyl- (1), 1,1’-bis(methoxycarbonyl)- (2), 1,1’,3-tris(methoxycarbonyl)- (3) and 1,1’,3,3’-tetrakis(methoxycarbonyl)ferrocene (4), has been studied with respect to their potential use as redox mediators. The impact of the number and position of ester groups present in 1–4 on the electrochemical potential E1/2 is correlated with the sum of Hammett constants. The 1/1+–4/4+ redox couples are chemically stable under the conditions of electrolysis as demonstrated by IR and UV–vis spectroelectrochemical methods. Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 22 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 20 attēlus, 1 tabulu un 50 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Pētījuma mērķis bija datorizētās redzes skrīninga iekārtas EYEDOO redzes rakstura testa aprobācija. Darba uzdevumi bija: novērtēt 50 pētījuma dalībnieku redzes raksturu, izmantojot datorizēto testu, novērtēt redzes raksturu bērniem, izmantojot TNO testu, un salīdzināt rezultātus. Saskaņā ar pētījuma rezultātiem bija grūtības atšķirt monokulāru alternējošu redzi no monokulāras redzes vai vienlaicīgas redzes, bet var atlasīt bērnus ar binokulāro redzi, kas ir norma, un bez tā. Datorizēto redzes treniņu pielietojums verģences uzlabošanai

Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 40 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 19 attēlus, 4 tabulas, 4 pielikumu un 60 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija pārbaudīt datorizētas iekārtas pielietojumu redzes treniņiem un tās efektivitāti fūzijas rezerves un verģences viegluma skaitliskās vērtības uzlabošanai. Pētījumā piedalījās 22 dalībnieki (vidējais vecums: 22 ± 2 gadi). Visiem dalībniekiem redzes treniņa programmas ietvaros tika veikta padziļinātā redzes pārbaude, kur tika iegūti dati par redzes asumu, akomodācijas spējām un motorām funkcijām. Can we increase children’s rights endorsement and knowledge?: A pilot study based on the reference framework of competences for democratic culture

This pilot study is the first to examine whether a novel curriculum based on the Reference Framework of Competences for Democratic Culture (RFCDC) could increase children’s endorsement and knowledge of children’s rights. We conducted a pre-test-post-test design with an intervention and a comparison school. Pupils (n = 172) from Bulgaria, Italy, Norway, Romania, and Spain attended schools in which the curriculum was taught, whereas pupils in the comparison group (n = 120) attended schools in the same city where the curriculum was not taught. Reflecting through the designing: a brief analysis of the teacher’s planning process

The aim of this work is to study the conditions in which teachers plan and execute educational actions in the classroom and to find out which difficulties they encountered during the development of the planned teaching action. The “concrete operations” that 15 teachers in the Palermo area had accomplished, were highlighted before, during and after every structured activity to promote the pupils’ oral expression. Specifically, the research, which is collocated in the case study, had the function of verifying forty descriptors.
