Bakalaura darbā “Dabas aizsardzības telpu veidošanās Ķemeru Nacionālajā parkā 20.-21. gs.” tika noskaidrotas dabas aizsardzības teritoriju veidošanās īpatnības Ķemeru Nacionālajā parkā 20.-21. gs. Darbā tika aplūkotas tādas tēmas kā dabas aizsardzības ģeogrāfija, N. Trifta telpu koncepts, dabas aizsardzības ideju attīstība pasaulē un Latvijā. Pētījumā ir interpretētas dabas aizsardzības teritorijas, kā empīriskā, plūsmu, attēlu un vietas telpa. Lielākā daļa TI ir labi termoelektriski (TE) materiāli istabas temperatūrā. Lai panāktu to, ka virsmas vadītspēja ir dominējoša, vajadzīgs nomākt tilpuma vadītspēju, kas rodas no defektiem. Pirmkārt, tilpuma vadītspēju var samazināt, samazinot vismaz vienu no TI struktūras dimensijām līdz nanoizmēram, kas būtiski palielina virsmas – tilpuma attiecību, kā arī veicot materiāla vakanču kompensējošu leģēšanu. Caraway seeds contain between 0.5–7% essential oil, rich in monoterpenes that have a characteristic aroma and chemical properties. Caraway oil has several bioactive compounds that are of industrial importance, particularly for pharmaceutical and health care products. Carvone and limonene are the main terpenes present in caraway oil, which along with some unique fatty acids (i.e. petroselinic acid) determine caraway (Carum carvi L.) oil quality. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää Kunnossa kaiken ikää-ohjelman mieshankkeisiin osallistuneiden työikäisten (25 - 64- vuotiaiden) miesten liikuntaa koskevien tietojen, taitojen ja motivaation yhteyttä vapaa-ajan liikunta-aktiivisuuteen ja fyysiseen kuntoon. Tutkimuksessa kartoitettiin myös liikuntaharrastusta edistäviä ja rajoittavia tekijöitä sekä arvioitiin kirjallisia terveysneuvontamateriaaleja ja elintapamuutosten tukimenetelmiä. Longitudinal and cross-sectional associations of adherence to 24-hour movement guidelines with cardiometabolic risk

This study aimed to examine 1) adherence to 24-hour movement guidelines over a 2-year follow-up in children aged 6-8 years and 2) association of this adherence with cardiometabolic risk factors. Physical activity and sleep were assessed by a monitor combining heart rate and accelerometry measurements. Screen time was reported by the parents. Body fat percentage, waist circumference, blood glucose, serum insulin, plasma lipids and blood pressure were assessed, and a cardiometabolic risk score was calculated using z-scores.
