Sporta treniņu organizēšanas vietne “Sporto Kopā” ir kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros izstrādāta tīmekļa vietne, kurā interesentiem pieejama informācija par apkārtnē notiekošajiem grupu sporta treniņiem. Šī tīmekļa vietne dod iespēju treneriem publicēt detalizētu informāciju par plānotajiem grupu sporta treniņiem. Savukārt reģistrētiem lietotājiem ir iespēja apskatīt publicētos treniņus, atrast sev piemērotākos un pieteikties tiem. Tīmekļa vietnes mērķis ir organizēti un vienuviet attēlot aktuālo informāciju par plānotajiem treniņiem, lai tā būtu ērti pieejama visiem. Tīmekļa vietne izstrādāta PHP programmēšanas valodā, izmantojot Laravel 5.8. satvaru. Dati tiek glabāti mySQL datu bāzē.

Mājas lapas apmeklētāji var atrast sev interesējošo informāciju par savu mājdzīvnieku, kā arī apskatīt piedāvātos pakalpojumus un to aprakstus, cenu lapu un galeriju. Apmeklētājiem būs iespēja piereģistrēties, lai varētu ātri pierakstīties uz konsultāciju pie veterinārā ārsta. Arī tiks piedāvāts novērtēt veterinārās klīnikas darbību, atstāt atsauksme. Mājas lapā ir ievietota sadaļa – paziņojumu dēlis, kur mājas lapas apmeklētājs var pievienot ziņu par atrasto vai pazūdošo mājdzīvnieku, kā arī ir iespējams pievienot komentāru.

Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease caused by autoantibodies against the acetylcholine receptor (AChR) at the neuromuscular junction [1]. The muscular AChR has been extensively characterized [2], but whether the muscular AChR plays a role during the initiation of MG is unknown [3]. The muscular AChR is a pentameric ion channel composed of 4 different subunits [2, 4]. The fetal AChR expressed during intrauterine life and after denervation of adult muscle exhibits an α2βδγ composition, while the adult AChR expressed after birth in innervated muscle exhibits an α2βδγ composition [4]. Pankūka izdotajos “Ēģiptes aprakstos”” mērķis ir izpētīt pēc kādiem principiem tika dokumentēts Ēģiptes kultūras mantojums. Galvenie dokumentācijas principi bija pēc iespējas precīzāka seno kultūras pieminekļu un senlietu attēlošana, to daudzveidības parādīšana, pievēršot uzmanību detaļām. Nozīmīgākie seno laiku pārvaldes un reliģiskie centri tika attēloti izvērstāk nekā mazāk zināmas vietas. Gravity modelling of the lower crust in Sardinia (Italy)

In this paper an example is given of an application of statistical techniques to the Bouguer anomalies analysis in order to design a simple crustal model using few a priori assumptions. All gravity measurements carried out in Sardinia have been collected and processed. The Bouguer anomalies have been calculated according to local density estimates. Spectral analysis of the Bouguer anomalies has been carried out along selected profiles in order to estimate the mean depth of the Moho discontinuity and that of an infracrustal discontinuity. A series of butterfly-type molecular constructs has been prepared in good yield by using a double Stille coupling synthetic protocol. They are composed of a terpyridine (terpy) scaffold and two wings composed of appended porphyrins that are capable of switching from an extended W geometry to a compact U geometry upon cation coordination of the terpy unit. The porphyrin moieties exist in the constructs either as free bases or they can be sequentially metallated, thus giving rise to wings of different "colours". Abstract Ternary copper(II) complexes [Cu(NST)2(phen)] (1) and [Cu(NST)2(NH3)2]·H2O (2) [HNST = N-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)naphthalene-1-sulfonamide] were prepared and characterized by physico-chemical techniques. Both 1 and 2 were structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structures show the presence of a distorted square planar CuN4 geometry in which the deprotonated sulfonamide, acting as monodentate ligand, binds to the metal ion through the thiazole N atom. Both complexes present intermolecular π–π stacking interactions between phenanthroline rings (compound 1) and between naphthalene rings (compound 2).
