Wzorzec gatunkowy przewodnika turystycznego a realizacja tekstowa na przykładzie publikacji Jurija Nykołyszyna Lwów. Przewodnik

W artykule przedstawiamy wyniki analizy realizacji tekstowej wzorca gatunkowego publikacji Jurija Nykołyszyna Lwów. Przewodnik. W części wstępnej przywołujemy teorię wzorca gatunkowego i jego wariantów kanonicznego, alternacyjnego i adaptacyjnego. Na tym tle pokazujemy przewodnik turystyczny jako gatunek. W kolejnych częściach omawiamy wyznaczniki gatunkowe analizowanego przewodnika: heterogeniczność, użytkowość, waloryzację i relacje nadawczo-odbiorcze. Analiza doprowadza do wniosku, że przewodnik Jurija Nykołyszyna jest wariantem alternacyjnym typowego przewodnika i charakteryzuje się jakościowymi i ilościowymi modyfikacjami kanonu.

Effects of phenolic-like intercalated layered double hydroxides on poly(lactic acid) based nanocomposites

Two phenolic-like antioxidants (AOs), 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate and 6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetrametilcromano-2-carboxylate anions, were intercalated by anion exchange in layered double hydroxides (LDHs). The two AO-LDHs were dispersed by ultrasound-assisted solution mixing in poly(lactic acid) (PLA) and the thermal oxidation stability of the composites was evaluated following the variation of the molecular weight by SEC, after a controlled aging process, and determining the oxidation induction time (OIT) by DSC. Polycationic Monomeric and Homodimeric Asymmetric Monomethine Cyanine Dyes with Hydroxypropyl Functionality—Strong Affinity Nucleic Acids Binders

New analogs of the commercial asymmetric monomethine cyanine dyes thiazole orange (TO) and thiazole orange homodimer (TOTO) with hydroxypropyl functionality were synthesized and their properties in the presence of different nucleic acids were studied. The novel compounds showed strong, micromolar and submicromolar affinities to all examined DNA ds-polynucleotides and poly rA–poly rU. The compounds studied showed selectivity towards GC-DNA base pairs over AT-DNA, which included both binding affinity and a strong fluorescence response. Clock genes and photoperiodism in the aphid Acyrthosiphon pisum

Aphids have a strong seasonal response, namely the development of a sexual morphs triggered by the shortening of photoperiod in autumn that produce an overwintering egg in which an embryonic diapause takes place. From this egg, an asexual parthenogenetic female emerges giving way to the asexual phase of the aphid life cycle in which several asexual generations occur. Based on the response to short photoperiods, two strains of aphids can be found: the holocyclic develop the seasonal response under short photoperiods, while the anholocyclic do not.
