La enfermedad cardiovascular es la principal causa de morbimortalidad en la enfermedad renal crónica avanzada (ERCA), y sus principales manifestaciones son la insuficiencia cardíaca congestiva (ICC), la cardiopatía isquémica y las alteraciones ecocardiográficas. Artykuł oscyluje wokół zagadnień związanych z recepcją dzieła Ricardy Huch w ujęciu współczesnej niemieckiej krytyki literackiej. W roku 2014 została upamiętniona 150. rocznica urodzin pisarki, doktora historii oraz filozofa konferencjami naukowymi, oficjalnymi uroczystościami oraz publikacjami naukowymi. W roku 2017 przypadła 70. rocznica śmierci pisarki. Również w 2018 roku podjęto inicjatywy wydawnicze upamiętniające Huch. Rodzi się zatem pytanie odnośnie współczesnej poczytności oraz znaczenia tematycznie zróżnicowanego oraz gatunkowo różnorodnego dzieła Ricardy Huch.
