Maģistra darbs “Komercsabiedrības reputācijas aizskāruma tiesiskie aspekti” ir uzrakstīts Latvijas Universitātes Juridiskās fakultātes Civiltiesisko zinātņu katedrā. Drawing on insights provided by linguistic anthropology, the study of multisemioticity and research in computer-mediated discourse (CMD), this chapter discusses how entextualization (Bauman & Briggs, 1990; Silverstein & Urban, 1996; Blommaert, 2005, pp. 46–8) and resemiotization (Iedema, 2003; Scollon & Scollon, 2004, pp. 101–3; Scollon, 2008) are key resources for identity work in social media. Assessing the changing parameters of water quality at different points in the river–reservoir system can help prevent river pollution and implement remedial policies. It is also crucial in modeling water resources. Multivariate statistical analysis is useful for the analysis of changes in surface water quality. It helps to identify indicators that may be responsible for the eutrophication process of a reservoir. Additionally, the analysis of the water quality profile and the water quality index (WQI) is useful in assessing water pollution. This paper explores the multitude of ways in which Finnish fifth and sixth grade elementary school pupils experience and present their agency in English lessons, with a special focus on pupils' silence and resistance. Pupil agency is often seen as observable action that is oriented towards institutionally accepted goals and norms. In communicative and constructivist understandings of foreign language learning, learner agency is related to the idea of learning by participating. Artykuł podejmuje próbę rekonstrukcji „śladów“ literackich „wielkiej damy“ literatury niemieckiej – Ricardy Huch – na obszarze idei myśli krajów śródziemnomorskich na przykładzie Włoch. Na przełomie wieków XIX i XX Huch zainteresowała się jako historyk i powieściopisarz historią walk narodowowyzwoleńczych we Włoszech i wystawiła swoisty pomnik literacki bohaterom włoskiego risorgimento. Również przeżycia osobiste związane z Italią, znalazły wydźwięk w powieści społecznej Aus der Triumphgasse [Z alei wolności].

Ir atzīts, ka trauksmes celšana ir viens no visefektīvākajiem veidiem, kā atklāt korupciju un nopietnus pārkāpumus un cīnīties pret tiem, kā arī veicināt pārredzamību, atvērtību un atbildību valsts iestādēs un privātos uzņēmumos. Tomēr efektīvas aizsardzības neesamība var radīt dilemmu starp sabiedrības interesēm un pašas personas vēlmi būt drošībā un saglabāt savu līdzšinējo darba vietu un stāvokli tajā. Autore darbā analizē šībrīža trauksmes cēlēju aizsardzību Latvijā un sniedz atzinumus par Latvijas Trauksmes cēlēju likumprojektu un citu Eiropas Padomes valstu likumiem.
