The contribution concerns digital reconstruction as a method for the study of theatrical spaces from the archaic age to the imperial age. After some preliminary observations on the characteristics Structures of Greek and Roman scenic buildings, some case studies are presented, examples of an experienced working method. Case studies include ikria and ekklesiasteria of Metaponto (7th-5th century BC), the Greek theater of Metaponto (4th century BC), the Greek theater of Tindari (III-II century BC), the Roman theater of Augusta Bagiennorum (1st century AD), with an interesting status quaestionis on the state of the findings and the added value of accurate 3D reconstructions.

The use of perforator flaps in face reconstruction is becoming increasingly common. They are particularly useful in nose reconstruction, where they can be tailored to match the complex three-dimensional structure of the nasal concave and convex subunits. In this paper, we present a review of the literature on the use of pedicled perforator flaps in nose reconstruction, discussing current indications and outcomes. This paper aims to assess Modigliani’s contribution to the American post war debate over price controls and economic stabilization. We will focus on his unpublished “Plan for meeting the domestic meat shortage without price control and rationing”. Elaborated by Modigliani in the Summer of 1947 the plan was designed to cope with meat shortage arising from crop failures aggravated by the implementation of the European Recovery Program. It was based on a system of taxes and subsidies aiming to realize a proper distribution of disposable income and to warrant a minimum meat consumption without encroaching market mechanisms and consumers’ freedom.
