La prescrizione nel rapporto di lavoro prima e dopo la riforma Fornero

Dopo aver ricostruito la giurisprudenza in materia di prescrizione dei crediti da lavoro, a partire dalle più risalenti pronunce della Corte Costituzionale, il contributo fornisce il commento di una pronuncia del Tribunale di Taranto del 5 ottobre 2022, che ha applicato anche ai diritti soggetti a prescrizione decennale derivanti dalla prestazione lavorativa il principio di imprescrittibilità in costanza di rapporto di lavoro, recentemente reintrodotto dalla giurisprudenza della Suprema Corte per i diritti retributivi.
Numerical and Experimental Study of a Novel Concept for Hydraulically Controlled Negative Loads

This paper presents a numerical and experimental investigation of a novel concept that eliminates oscillations in hydraulic systems containing a counterbalance valve in series with a pressure compensated flow supply. The concept utilizes a secondary circuit where a low-pass filtered value of the load pressure is generated and fed back to the compensator of the flow supply valve. The novel concept has been implemented on a single boom actuated by a cylinder. A nonlinear model of the system has been developed and an experimental verification shows good correspondence between the model and the real system. Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 34 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 25 attēlus, 2 tabulas un 34 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Mērķis: izpētīt Latvijā lietojamo pretnoguruma lēcu efektivitāti acu noguruma mazināšanai. Metodes: izmantota anketēšana, lai pētītu redzes noguruma pakāpi un simptomus digitālo ierīču lietotājiem. Praktiskajā daļā pētīta Essilor Eyezen 0,6 lēcu efektivitāte darbam ar digitālām ierīcēm, kā arī veikta Essilor Eyezen 0,4, 0,6 un LTL Holiday 0,75 lēcu salīdzināšana un analīze. Based on the results of a 3-year interdisciplinary study, this article presents an approach in which proactive information technology was introduced into homes, and discusses the derived design principles from a human-centered perspective. The application of proactive computing in homes will face particularly sensitive conditions, as familiar and reliable household elements remain strongly preferred.
