Nitrate is a natural constituent of the human diet and an approved food additive. It can be partially converted to nitrogen monoxide, which induces vasodilation and thereby decreases blood pressure. This effect is associated with a reduced risk regarding cardiovascular disease, myocardial infarction, and stroke. Moreover, dietary nitrate has been associated with beneficial effects in patients with gastric ulcer, renal failure, or metabolic syndrome. First, from a territorial perspective, they are identified as liminal spaces where the collective participation, integration and the sense of belonging is reinforced. We give different representations of the solutions of the Johnson equation with parameters. First, an expression in terms of Fredholm determinants is given; we give also a representation of the solutions written as a quotient of wronskians of order 2N. These solutions of order N depend on 2N − 1 parameters. When one of these parameters tends to zero, we obtain N order rational solutions expressed as a quotient of two polyno-mials of degree 2N (N +1) in x, t and 4N (N +1) in y depending on 2N −2 parameters. The presence of the fossil polychaete Rotularia spirulaea (Lamarck, 1818) in Eocene deposits (middle Lutecian – upper Bartonian and (?) Priabonian) belonging to the western Pyrenean Domain is verified. In this paper, a fossildiagenetic study has been carried out. Fossils from three areas, corresponding to diff erent depositional settings, have been analysed. In area 1, sediments of the Ardanatz Sandstone and Ilundain Marls formations [Pamplona Basin and adjoining areas (Navarre)], were sampled. We describe here the process a rehabilitation center in Paraguay is undergoing to transform itself into a state-of-the-art early intervention program. We describe the organization and its contextual strengths and barriers, the model it chose to implement, and the implementation procedures it has attempted. W pracy przedstawiono przegląd informacji na temat występowania widłaczka torfowego Lycopodiella inundata (L.) Holub oraz opisano nowe stanowiska zlokalizowane w stawach hodowlanych na Śląsku. W Polsce gatunek ten należy do bardzo rzadkich składników flory. W trakcie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzony został na tym obszarze na 8 stanowiskach. Zagrożeniem dla taksonu na Śląsku, jak i w Europie jest postępująca sukcesja roślinności na stanowiskach.
