Projekta ideja ir grieķu produkcijas veikala atvēršana Rīgā ar nolūku dot iespēju katram klientam uz mirkli ierasties Grieķijā un sajust tas svaigu, veselīgu, unikālu un neatkārtojamu garšu, iegādājoties produkciju, kas ir audzēta un ražota ar Grieķu tradīcijām. Visa grieķu produkcija, kas tiks pārdota veikalā, ir ekoloģiska un bioloģiski tīra. Pēc Bioloģiskās lauksaimniecības pētniecības institūta FiBL datiem 2011.gadā bioloģisko produktu patēriņš Latvijā bija tikai 1,92 eiro uz vienu iedzīvotāju. On Some Vagaries of Vagueness and Information

The presence of vagueness in scientific theories (in particular, to those related to and connected with the management of information) is briefly analyzed. We consider, firstly, the problem whether vague predicates can be adequately represented by existing formal theories. A negative answer to this question produces, as a by-product, the suggestion that a good semantics for fuzzy sets can be offered by the notion of “distance from idealized items”. Secondly, some questions connected with the adequacy of “theories of information” to the multifaceted informal notion of “information” suggest to afford this problem within an enlarged dynamical setting

Bakalaura darba tēma – Zīdaiņu vecāku pieredze par vakcināciju pret rotavīrusu. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka, ka ar katru gadu Latvijā palielinājās saslimšanu gadījumu skaits ar rotavīrusu enterītu. Sākot ar 2015.gada janvāri Latvijas vakcinācijas kalendārs tika papildināts ar vakcīnu pret rotavīrusu infekciju, kas tiek apmaksāta bērniem 100% apmērā no valsts budžeta līdzekļiem. Tā ir brīnišķīga iespēja pasargāt bērnu no liekas hospitalizācijas vai komplikācijām saslimšanas gadījumā. Objective: This study assesses the reliability and validity of the DSM-5-based, semi-structured Clinical Parent Interview for Externalizing Disorders in Children and Adolescents (ILF-EXTERNAL). Method: Participant data were drawn from the ongoing ESCAschool intervention study. The ILF-EXTERNAL was evaluated in a clinical sample of 474 children and adolescents (aged 6−12 years, 92 females) with symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Telpiskā uztvere ar izmainītu references rāmi noguruma apstākļos

Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts uz 35 lappusēm latviešu valodā. Tas satur 8 attēlus un 23 atsauces uz izmantotās literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija novērtēt spēju uztvert telpiski izvietoto elementu savstarpējo novietojumu un raksturot to ar valodu noguruma apstākļos. Pētījuma daļā piedalījās 61 cilvēks, no kuriem 28 bija noguruši, 17 mundri un 16 ne noguruši, ne mundri. Pētījuma dalībnieki pildīja testu četros dažādos diennakts laikos ( no rīta, pa dienu, vakarā un naktī). Rezultāti parādīja, ka dalībnieki, kuri testu pildīja pa dienu, to veica ātrāk nekā dalībnieki, kuri testu veica no rīta. Noguruma ietekme atkarībā no ass izmaiņām netika novērota.

El tratamiento neoadyuvante en el cáncer de mama (CM) permite estudiar marcadores subrogados que puedan predecir respuesta clínica y supervivencia. La respuesta completa patológica (RCp) definida como la ausencia de tumor infiltrante en la mama y axila en la pieza quirúrgica se asocia a mejor supervivencia. En los tumores triple negativos el tratamiento de elección es la combinación de quimioterapia, antraciclinas y taxanos son los esquemas con mayor evidencia, junto con carboplatino alcanzando tasas de RCp del 35-60 %.
