Loneliness seems to be a leitmotif of Marguerite Duras’s literary oeuvre. It is interpreted by the writer primarily as a personal experience, a specific form of freedom, the dominant expression of which is silence expressing pain, loss, inability to communicate with other people, unfulfilled love. Loneliness is also seen as a sine qua non condition that allows one to focus on oneself, to close oneself in one’s own world. This is an indispensable element of the author’s poetics, the one having an ontological character, referring to “the way of thinking, reasoning”. Design and Characterization of Effective Ag, Pt and AgPt Nanoparticles to H2O2 Electrosensing from Scrapped Printed Electrodes

The use of disposable screen-printed electrodes (SPEs) has extraordinarily grown in the last years. In this paper, conductive inks from scrapped SPEs were removed by acid leaching, providing high value feedstocks suitable for the electrochemical deposition of Ag, Pt and Ag core-Pt shell-like bimetallic (AgPt) nanoparticles, onto screen-printed carbon electrodes (ML@SPCEs, M = Ag, Pt or AgPt, L = metal nanoparticles from leaching solutions). [Abstract] The objective of this study was to examine the effect of the situational match status variable on the ball possession of the teams that participated in the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The 52 games played during the championship have been collected, and 3,740 ball possessions made by the teams were analyzed. The teams have been divided into successful and unsuccessful. A novel virtual screening methodology called fragment‐ and negative image‐based (F‐NiB) screening is introduced and tested experimentally using phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A) as a case study. Potent PDE10A‐specific small‐molecule inhibitors are actively sought after for their antipsychotic and neuroprotective effects. The F‐NiB combines features from both fragment‐based drug discovery and negative image‐based (NIB) screening methodologies to facilitate rational drug discovery. Se pretende llamar la atención sobre un par de frases que aparecen justo hacia la mitad de la controvertida doxografía de Aristóteles que se puede leer en las Vidas y doctrinas de los filósofos más ilustres de Diógenes Laercio V 31, y que desde luego no corresponden a ningún sistema doxográfico conocido.
