Purpose The purpose of this paper seeks to develop a motivation-based complementary framework for temporally dynamic user preferences to facilitate optimal timing in web personalisation. It also aims to highlight the benefits of considering user motivation when addressing issues in temporal dynamics. Reliability of transcranial magnetic stimulation and H-reflex measurement during balance perturbation tasks

Following ankle movement, posterior balance perturbation evokes short- (SLR ∼30–50 ms), medium- (MLR ∼50–60 ms), and long-latency responses (LLR ∼70–90 ms) in soleus muscle before voluntary muscle contraction. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and Hoffmann-reflex (H-reflex) measurements can provide insight into the contributions of corticospinal and spinal mechanisms to each response. Motor evoked potential (MEP) and H-reflex responses have shown good reliability in some dynamic muscle contraction tasks. Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 31 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 35 attēlus, 5 tabulas un 25 literatūras atsauces. Darba mērķis: izmantojot Tomey autorefkeratometru RC-5000 un WaveLight Scheimpflug kameru Allegro Oculyzer novērtēt vienšūnas un divšūnu dvīņu acs priekšējo daļu parametru līdzību. Dalībnieki: darbā piedalījās 10 vienšūnas un 8 divšūnu dvīņu pāri vecumā no 20 – 44 gadiem, kuriem tika mērīti acs priekšējās daļas parametri, refrakcija un motorā acs. Rezultāti un secinājumi: vienšūnu dvīņiem acs priekšējie parametri ir statistiski vienādi ar augstu korelāciju, bet divšūnu dvīņu parametri ir statistiski atšķirīgi ar vidēju korelāciju. This paper presents an overview of and a brief critical reflection on game music’s impact on players both within and beyond the context of gameplay. The analysis is based both on the current literature as well as on preliminary (work-in-progress) observations of our research project Game Music Everyday Memories. We consider how the functions and uses of game music potentially extend to people’s everyday life, thus constituting a personally and culturally meaningful relationship with music that is not immediately connected to gameplay. Tässä maisterintutkielmassa on selvitetty, millaisia muistoja musiikki nostattaa ikääntyneillä. Tutkimusotteeseen on vaikuttanut ymmärtävän psykologian sekä fenomenologian avoin tutkimusasenne muistojen tutkimiseen. Tutkimustulokset on koottu haastattelemalla päiväkeskuksen asiakkaita. Haastattelut rakentuivat ikääntyneiden itse nimeämiensä kappaleiden kuuntelusta ja niistä nousseiden muistojen hyvin vapaasta keskustelusta. Tämän lisäksi haastattelun lopussa on kysytty, miten ikääntyneet kokevat musiikin olevan osa muistelemistaan sekä heidän kokemustaan haastattelumetodin mielekkyydestä. Mūsdienās šādu krasu tiesību reformu, kas nepieciešama saimniecības restrukturizēšanu, daudzi uzskatītu par neiespējamu. Bipolar is one of the Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) methods, proposed by Ewa Konarzewska-Gubała [6, 7, 8]. The essence of the analysis in the BIPOLAR method consists in a fact that alternatives are not compared directly to each other, but they are confronted to the two sets of reference objects: good and bad.
