El principio democrático y la reforma de las Naciones Unidas: derechos humanos y gobernanza mundial

Planteamiento de un proyecto concreto de reforma integral de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas para la gobernanza global a través de un Derecho Mundial para asuntos globales, basado en el Principo Democrático y los Derechos Humanos. Incluye su fundamenteción doctrinal pero también sociológica, con estudios de caso ejemplificadores, así como un acercamiento a los proyectos de reforma intentados en el pasado y sus resultados, con especial detenimiento en el mandato de Kofi Annan.
Profesionālās pieredzes ietekme uz redzes funkciju novērtējumu skrīninga apstākļos

Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā uz 36 lapām. Tas satur 20 attēlus, 1 pielikumu, 3 tabulas un 16 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: izvērtēt skrīninga veicēja pieredzes ietekmi uz skrīninga rezultātiem. Dalībnieki: skrīnings tika veikts 11033 skolēniem. Funkcijas izvērtēja 43 dalībnieki ar dažādu pieredzes lielumu. Metode: tika izvērtēti skrīninga dati un veicēju viedoklis par iegūtajām zināšanām un testu izpildījumu. Secinājumi: skrīninga testos, kuros veicējam, ir jāpieņem lēmums, par iegūto rezultātu (redzes asums tālumā, hipermetropija, akomodācijas vieglums, verģences vieglums), novēro statiski nozīmīgu pieredzes ietekmi uz testa izvērtējumu.

Se presentan cinco estudios relacionados con los efectos que producen las aberraciones oculares monocromáticas en distintos aspectos del funcionamiento del sistema ocular. En el primero se hace uso de un sistema de óptica adaptativa para simular la óptica ocular durante la acomodación en un ojo con la acomodación paralizada y poder así estimar la profundidad de campo del ojo durante la acomodación. Los resultados muestran que dicha profundidad varía poco durante la acomodación, y el sistema visual hace uso de ella para acomodar lo menos posible para estímulos cercanos. Exploring the critical incident technique to encourage reflection during project-based learning

Previous research has reported on the challenge of promoting students' generic reflection during authentic project-based courses. This work explores a teaching intervention based on Flanagan's Critical Incident Technique (CIT) during a project-based software development course. The intervention aims at increasing students' awareness of their own learning and at encouraging reflective practice throughout the project. Students were asked to report on 'incidents' when they experienced learning during the course, and to reflect on the task itself at the end of the course. Artykuł stanowi próbę przedstawienia najistotniejszych cech pisarstwa Ricardy Huch z jej wczesnej fazy twórczości. Z metodologicznego punktu widzenia podstawę do badań stanowią: biografia autorki oraz jej zakorzenienie w historii myśli wczesnego romantyzmu niemieckiego. W myśl wczesnych romantyków, a w szczególności Novalisa, Huch dążyła do swoistej syntezy między faktami historycznymi a sposobem postrzegania rzeczywistości przez piszącego artystę – ten jednocześnie myśląc o jemu współczesnych, kieruje się zamysłem pedagogicznym, którego nadrzędnym celem jest przestrzeganie zasad humanitaryzmu w społeczeństwie.
