Breve análisis sobre la última reforma de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal de 1882, efectuada en el año 2015 por Ley Orgánica núm. 13/2015 y núm. 41/2015, ambas de fecha 5 de octubre de 2015, en las que tras recomendación europea, se agiliza con distintas medidas la justicia penal y se fortalece ciertas garantías procesales.

Diplomdarba “Nodokļu reforma un tā ietekme uz uzņēmumu saimniecisko darbību” mērķis ir pētīt jauno nodokļu reformu, analizēt un novērtēt tās ietekmi uz uzņēmumu saimniecisko darbību, kā arī izstrādāt ieteikumus, nodokļu politikas pilnveidošanai. Lai tiktu sasniegts diplomdarba mērķis tika izpētīta nodokļu reformas nepieciešamība, kā arī tās koncepcija, padziļināti tika pētītas Uzņēmumu ienākuma nodokļa izmaiņas, kā arī analizēta izmaiņu ietekme uz uzņēmumu saimniecisko darbību. Darba gaitā tika izdarīti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi uzņēmumiem un Latvijas valdībai. Atslēgas vārdi: nodokļi, reforma, uzņēmumu ienākuma nodoklis.

Lokalizacja, w której znajdowała się instytucja kościelna, odgrywała istotna rolę w życiu wspólnot religijnych średniowiecza. Interakcje z otoczeniem i wzajemne wpływanie na siebie klasztoru i otoczenia mogły wspierać lub hamować rozwój opactwa. Zdarzały się sytuacje, że dochodziło do zmiany miejsca sprawowania służby przez zakonników. Na terenie Śląska mamy nawet dwa przykłady dla konwentów kanoników regularnych. Zarówno klasztor Najświętszej Maryi Panny we Wrocławiu, jak i konwent żagański swoje pierwotne lokalizacje miały w innych miejscach. Limits of Power. Clerical Appointment as Part of Domestic Policy in Sweden after the Reformation, 1560–1611

Abstract This article examines state-church relations in Sweden by analysing clerical appointment processes in the latter part of the 16th century. The aim is to ascertain whether the king of Sweden could appoint pastors independently, and if not, with whom he was compelled to share the power. Earlier studies argue that the power of the king grew due to the reformation. First, this article examines the number of clerical appointments that were made in the period 1560-1611. Los materiales curriculares son instrumentos u objetos que se utilizan en el contexto escolar como mediadores del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Dentro de este grupo de materiales están los impresos. Es decir, aquellos que hacen referencia a textos, representaciones o adaptaciones de textos en combinación con iconos o imágenes. La importancia de este tipo de materiales es destacable y se refleja en la preocupación que despiertan entre el profesorado y las instituciones educativas, conscientes de la influencia y control que ejercen sobre el conocimiento escolar. Pandemia y reformas procesales: la incidencia del COVID-19 en el proceso labora

Uno de los efectos de la declaración del estado de alarma por el COVID-19 fue la suspensión de las actividades judiciales. La reanudación de estas actividades implicaba una serie de nuevos retos (acumulación de trabajo; incremento de la litigiosidad; adopción de medidas de seguridad y salud). El RDL 16/2020, de 28 de abril, afrontó algunos de estos retos e introdujo modificaciones tanto en el desarrollo de la actividad judicial, como en la organización de sus recursos. Este trabajo trata de sistematizar tales medidas desde una perspectiva crítica.
Skolen som reformasjonsprosjekt i Norge på 1500–tallet

Artikkelen undersøker latinskolens utvikling i Norge de første 70 årene etter innføringen av reformasjonen. Brudd og kontinuitet med middelalderskolen drøftes. Skiftet av styringsstruktur fra kirken til kongen og embetsverket fremheves som det største bruddet. Til tross for at latinskolen var den viktigste presteutdanningsinstitusjonen på 1500–tallet, ble den ikke en ren kirkeskole. Jeg argumenterer mot oppfatninger om at skolen forandret seg lite, og at reformasjonen virket negativt inn på den. Tvert om viser jeg at latinskolene ble utbygd og fikk stor betydning for implementeringen av selve trosskiftet. Jeg argumenterer også for at skolene i Norge kunne være tjent med sentralstyringen.
Understanding Structure and Stability of Monoclinic Zirconia Surfaces from First-Principles Calculations

Under the water-rich pre-treatment and/or reaction conditions, structure and chemistry of the monoclinic zirconia surfaces are strongly influenced by oxygen vacancies and incorporated water. Here, we report a combined first-principles and atomistic thermodynamics study on the structure and stability of selected surfaces of the monoclinic zirconia. Our results indicate that among the studied surfaces, the most stable (111) surface is the least vulnerable towards oxygen vacancies in contrast to the less stable (011) and (101) surfaces, where formation of oxygen vacancies is energetically more favorable.
