Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pētīt 2021. gada administratīvi teritoriālās reformas pieņemšanas problemātiku, analizējot sagatavošanos reformai, tās pieņemšanu Saeimā, kā arī tās apstrīdēšanu Satversmes tiesā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, autors pēta un analizē priekšnosacījumus iepriekšējās reformas turpināšanas nepieciešamībai, pašvaldību attieksmi pret jauno reformu, likumdošanas īpatnības reformas laikā, kā arī Satversmes tiesas atziņas un likumdevēja rīcību, nodrošinot Satversmes tiesas lēmumu izpildi. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā autors izvirza secinājumus par priekšnoteikumiem, kas nākotnē varētu atvieglot reformu pieņemšanas un īstenošanas procesu.

This has been a topic that engaged the proposed research team for several years, particularly in the frame of two European projects, Archeomedes I & II, during the 1990s (Van der Leeuw S., Favory F., Fiches J.- L. Il prezioso e in gran parte inedito corpus di suppellettili argentee della Chiesa Madre di Castelbuono, legato alla committenza della famiglia Ventimiglia analiticamente indagata, viene schedato secondo la più attuale metodologia catalografica e storico critica. La monografia è compendiata da un catalogo dove ciascun manufatto è descritto e contestualizzato nella temperie stilistica di riferimento, evidenziando le influenze artistiche nazionali ed internazionali. La rassegna di opere d’arte proposte nel volume copre un arco cronologico che va dal 1338 al XIX secolo. Vengono inoltre suggerite linee guida per una eventuale musealizzazione

Celem artykułu jest sformułowanie odpowiedzi na pytanie: czy Lutra należy uważać za heretyka, czy też można w nim widzieć bohatera wiary? Istotną podstawą dla takiej odpowiedzi są najpierw wypowiedzi papieży ostatniego czterdziestolecia, aż po afirmację Lutra jako osobowości głęboko religijnej. Dalszych przesłanek dostarczają wyniki historycznych badań, które wskazują na głębokie zakorzenienie Lutra w ówczesnej teologii mistycznej. Uwidacznia się to w jego sposobie uprawiania teologii, gdzie głównym źródłem poznania stało się własne doświadczenie wiary. In the year 1788, the parish of Los Santos Juanes in Valencia proposed to the City Council the erection of same classical-style portico in order to beautify its outer eastern façade, surrounding the head of the temple and relying on the Plaza del Mercado. This portico was never built, but there would be an impact of such an architectural purpose in subsequent reform plans of that outstanding urban location.

1. Breve descrizione dell’oggetto di studio Il concorso del Palazzo di Giustizia di Roma si svolge in quattro fasi svolte tra il 1884 e il 1887. Il progetto per il primo concorso, del 1884, redatto dall’allora giovanissimo Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932), rivela una grande perizia progettuale che trasforma il complesso programma funzionale in un austero edificio in stile neofiorentino. I disegni originari dell’opera, non realizzata, conservati presso la Dotazione Basile del Dipartimento di Architettura dell’Università di Palermo, sono stati oggetto di studio propedeutico alle fasi di analisi, interpretazione e ricostruzione congetturale del modello digitale. 2.
