Lastentarhanopettaja lasten autonomian tukijana varhaiskasvatuksessa

Pyrkimys autonomisuuteen on yksi ihmisen psykologisista perustarpeista, joka alkaa kehittyä noin kahdesta ikävuodesta eteenpäin. Autonomiaa on kuitenkin tutkittu empiirisesti hyvin vähän varhaiskasvatuksen kontekstissa. Tarkastelemme tässä laadullisessa tutkimuksessa 4–5-vuotiaiden lasten autonomiaa päiväkodissa lastentarhanopettajien näkökulmasta havainnointien ja haastatteluiden sekä lastentarhanopettajien päiväkirjojen ja kirjoitelmien kautta. This ethnographic study examines intergenerational relations in a day-care center with extended opening hours. The theoretical starting points of the study draw on Michel Foucault’s concept of governmentality. Therefore, this dissertation aims to generate insights into intergenerational relations in a day care with extended hours from the viewpoint of governance. The data for the study were collected from one Finnish day-care class through observation and half- structured interviews. Our understanding of how novel warning color traits evolve in natural populations is largely based on studies of reproductive stages and organisms with endogenously produced pigmentation. Neuronal effects of Sugammadex in combination with Rocuronium or Vecuronium.

Rocuronium (ROC) and Vecuronium (VEC) are the most currently used steroidal non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking (MNB) agents. Sugammadex (SUG) rapidly reverses steroidal NMB agents after anaesthesia. The present study was conducted in order to evaluate neuronal effects of SUG alone and in combination with both ROC and VEC. Using MTT, CASP-3 activity and Western-blot we determined the toxicity of SUG, ROC or VEC in neurons in primary culture. SUG induces apoptosis/necrosis in neurons in primary culture and increases cytochrome C (CytC), apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF), Smac/Diablo and Caspase 3 (CASP-3) protein expression. This article answers the question “Are the sourcing practices in Finnish online journalism trustworthy?” Here, trustworthiness is operationalized as the fulfillment of audience expectations towards sourcing practices. To this end, expectations of young Finnish adults (aged 18–28) were compared to the observed practices of Finnish online journalists. A total of 36 news items (from 12 journalists working in three newsrooms, published in 2013 and 2017) were analyzed.
