Selvitän pro gradu-tutkielmassani saksalaisten idealistien Immanuel Kantin ja F.W.J. Schellingin käsityksiä vapaudesta ja pahuudesta. Esitän että Kant ja Schelling lähestyvät vapautta ja pahaa hyvin erilaisten oletusten pohjalta ja päätyvät siten erilaisiin lopputuloksiin. Toisaalta Kantilla ja Schellingillä on myös yhteinen oletus siinä, että näkevät vapauden tehdä pahaa ilman redukstiota kausaalisiin selityksiin välttämättömäksi ihmisen tahdonvapaudelle. Epigenetic control of IL-23 expression in keratinocytes is important for chronic skin inflammation

The chronic skin inflammation psoriasis is crucially dependent on the IL-23/IL-17 cytokine axis. Although IL-23 is expressed by psoriatic keratinocytes and immune cells, only the immune cell-derived IL-23 is believed to be disease relevant. Here we use a genetic mouse model to show that keratinocyte-produced IL-23 is sufficient to cause a chronic skin inflammation with an IL-17 profile. Furthermore, we reveal a cell-autonomous nuclear function for the actin polymerizing molecule N-WASP, which controls IL-23 expression in keratinocytes by regulating the degradation of the histone methyltransferases G9a and GLP, and H3K9 dimethylation of the IL-23 promoter. Every learner has the right to acquire a good pronunciation, but unfortunately today, phonetics still plays a secondary role to grammar and vocabulary training in the classroom. Furthermore, it is primarily treated from an orthoepic point of view. This contribution presents a contrastive approach to phonetics. It explains why learners have a “foreign accent” and what contrastive pronunciation training should include as well as precisely what contrastive listening, contrastive background knowledge and contrastive exercises mean. It is limited to learners of German as a foreign language with Italian as their mother tongue.
