Introduction: When it comes to the delicate relationship between a baby and its parents, the voices of the parents have a significant role in communicating love, tenderness, and closeness as well as in supporting self-regulation as necessary for secure attachment. Under suboptimal experiences, such as premature birth, infant-directed singing takes on an even more important and therapeutic role since preterm infants miss the finely attuned auditory stimulation of the womb and the mother-infant dyad is disrupted too early.

AbstractIn this article we explore the factors contributing to reduce the distance of laggard firms to the European frontier, focusing on institutional factors. To characterize Total Factor Productivity frontier firms within industries for the European Union we use firm level data from AMADEUS for the period 2003–2014. Our findings provide evidence on the importance of governance quality and easiness in getting credit in explaining the distance of laggard firms to the European productivity frontier. This study investigates the adoption of prevention measures in Croatia during the COVID-19 pandemic and its relationship with tourist behavior. The research adopts a mixed-method approach as it examines both practitioners’ and tourists’ viewpoints. A qualitative study was conducted with eight destination service providers, while the quantitative study took place among 333 international tourists during their stay in the country. Investigate methodological quality of clinical trials in mandibular third molar surgery and its compliance with the consort statement. An electronic search was performed in five journal websites, chose the five scientific journals with the greatest impact factor in oral and maxillofacial surgery according to the SCImago Journal Rank. The compliance of studies with the CONSORT statement was assessed. Also, the risk of bias of each study was evaluated. Twenty-nine studies were included.
