[Abstract] The objective of this study was to examine the effect of the situational match status variable on the ball possession of the teams that participated in the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Abstract Introduction The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of cognitive behavioural therapy interventions for insomnia (CBT-I) to that of a sleep hygiene intervention in a randomized controlled design among shift workers. Excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) is a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) that resolves under treatment with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). In some patients, sleepiness persists despite CPAP treatment. We retrospectively analyzed data on subjective residual EDS, assessed as an Epworth Sleepiness Scale score (ESS) >10, in patients from the European Sleep Apnea Database (n = 4,853, mean age +/- SD 54.8 +/- 11.8 years, 26.1% females), at baseline and at the first visit (median follow-up: 5 months, interquartile range 3-13). This study aggregated data from three randomized control trials to explore the differential efficacy of three forms of exposure therapy, namely, in vivo (iVET), virtual reality (VRET), and augmented reality (ARET), in the treatment of small animal phobia. Additionally, baseline patient characteristics were used to detect subgroups of patients who showed a differential response to certain treatment modalities. I molteplici aspetti della rappresentazione digitale riguardano anche le problematiche relative alla costruzione di una città smart in cui la comunicazione e la sua velocità di trasmissione sono diventati aspetti sostanziali della sua sintassi; app per tablet, mappe interattive, ricostruzioni digitali rendono più semplice la fruizione della città. Ci si chiede se la sola attenzione a queste componenti del disegno non rischi di allontanare la città dalla sua reale fruizione oppure se non sia necessaria una rappresentazione analitica preliminare che possa evidenziare futuri aspetti smart.
