The monogenean Ligophorus chabaudi was originally described on the gills of the flathead mullet, Mugil cephalus, and was subsequently reported on the So-iuy mullet, Mugil soiuy. However, the morphology of sclerotized parts and multivariate statistical analyses suggest that the form from the So-iuy mullet represents a new species. This study provides a description of the new species Ligophorus pilengas n. sp. and provides additional morphological data concerning the morphology of the ventral bar that might be useful for the diagnosis of Ligophorus. Il contributo si propone, attraverso lo studio della documentazione edita ed inedita del Mezzogiorno peninsulare e insulare, di mettere a fuoco la violenza perpetrata contro le donne in contesti sia urbani sia rurali nel tardo Medioevo. Il ricorso alla violenza appare frequente soprattutto nei casi di tradimento e concubinato che vedono implicati anche altri membri delle famiglie coinvolte. We herein report on the optimization of a novel class of GSK-3β inhibitors based on the tofacitinib-derived screen hit 3-((3R,4R)-3-((7-chloro-9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]indol-4-yl)(methyl)amino)-4-methylpiperidin-1-yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile (1). We synthesized a series of 19 novel 7-chloro-9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]indole-based derivatives and studied their structure–activity relationships with focus on the cyanoacetyl piperidine moiety.
