In diagnostic histopathology, hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining is a critical process that highlights salient histological features. Staining results vary between laboratories regardless of the histopathological task, although the method does not change. This variance can impair the accuracy of algorithms and histopathologists’ time-to-insight. Investigating this variance can help calibrate stain normalization tasks to reverse this negative potential. El vídeo es uno de los recursos didácticos más utilizados en la enseñanza. En esta investigación cualitativa se analizan las respuestas del profesorado de Educación Secundaria y Educación Superior (n=60), durante el curso 2020-21, a un cuestionario sobre la transformación digital de la docencia a causa del Covid-19, con el objetivo de conocer qué tipo de uso del vídeo se realiza y con qué criterios se integra. Par Renesanses laikmeta sākumu Anglijā ir pieņemts uzskatīt Tjudoru dinastijas nākšanu pie varas 1485.gadā. Pateicoties humānisma vēsmām, periods atnesa ievērojamas pārmaiņas daudzās dzīves sfērās. Transformāciju piedzīvoja arī angļu vēsturnieku pārstāvētās historiogrāfiskās tradīcijas. Maģistra darba mērķis ir analizēt 16. gadsimta Anglijas vēsturnieku darbus ar nolūku konstatēt, kādā veidā tajos izpaudās Renesanses laikmetam raksturīgas vēstures izprašanas un rakstīšanas tendences.
