Häilyvää strategistumista : kulttuuriperinnön eri merkitykset Suomen kymmenen suurimman kaupungin kulttuuristrategioissa

Tässä artikkelissa tarkastellaan puhetta kulttuuriperinnöstä kymmenen suurimman suomalaisen kaupungin tuoreissa kulttuuristrategioissa. Kulttuuriperinnöstä puhutaan melko vähän ja enimmäkseen epäsuorasti siihen liitettävien teemojen ja ilmaisujen kautta. Se on tullut osaksi paikallista julkisen kulttuurihallinnon strategista puhetta, mutta sen merkitykset ovat toistaiseksi moninaisia ja strategistuminen häilyvää. Kulttuuriperintö kytketään kaupunkilaisten aktivoimiseen, yhteisöllisyyteen sekä kaupungin imagoon ja talouteen. Muutamat strategiat tunnistavat sen itseisarvonkin. peerReviewed

Šī darba ietvaros noskaidrota TOR un PKA raksturīgo mērķproteīnu - transkripcijas faktoru Gln3p, Msn2p, Msn4p un proteīnkināzes Rim15 iespējamā saistība ar auksotrofās adenīna badināšanas izraisītā paaugstinātā stresa izturības fenotipa veidošanos maizes raugā. Veikta izvēlēto mērķproteīnu sekvenču C-galu saīsināšana un pētīta izveidoto mutanto celmu subletālo stresu (oksidatīvā, karstuma un žāvēšanas) izturība, kā arī novērtēta NADPH/NADP un NADH/NAD attiecība. Stranding patterns of the striped dolphin (Stenella coeruleoalba, Meyen 1833, Delphinidae) along the Sicilian coast (Mediterranean Sea)

Along the coasts of Sicily, 73 striped dolphins strandings were recorded from 2013 to 2016. The specimens were collected at the Centro di Monitoraggio e Controllo per Tartarughe marine e Cetacei [Monitoring and Control Centre for Marine Turtles and Cetaceans] at the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale della Sicilia. Subsequent necropsies were performed to determine the cause of death. The date and stranding location were recorded for each specimen. COMMUNITY DETECTION IN TRIPARTITE NETWORKS OF UNIVERSITY STUDENT MOBILITY FLOWS

The purpose of this study is to explore how the multimode network approach can be used to analyse network patterns derived from student mobility flows. We define a tripartite network based on a three-mode data structure, consisting of Italian provinces of residence, universities and fields of study, with student exchanges representing the links between them. A comparison of algorithms for detecting communities from tripartite networks based on modularity optimization is provided, revealing relevant information about the phenomenon under analysis over time. The findings are applied to a real dataset containing micro-level longitudinal information on Italian university students’ careers.
