Une des missions de l'enseignement professionnel étant de contribuer à l'insertion professionnelle de ses diplômés, cette note propose quelques éléments de réflexion sur l'accès de ses diplômés au marché du travail. Elle explore plus particulièrement 5 points qui sont autant de défis que devra relever une politique éducative souhaitant valoriser l'enseignement professionnel sur un marché du travail qui n'est pas, pour l'instant, favorable aux jeunes générations

Longtemps considéré comme le certificat de l'excellence ouvrière, le certificat d'aptitudes professionnelles a connu une impressionnante diminution d'effectifs en formation initiale ces dernières années. Le constat et la problèmatique développés par Lucie Tanguy dans son rapport "Quelles formations pour les ouvriers et les employés en France ?" nous ont amenés à tenter d'identifier le sens de la formation conduisant au CAP entre 1959 et 1992. Les causes de la dévalorisation de ce diplôme tant scolaires qu'économiques et sociales sont inventoriées. Des perspectives d'évolution sont tracées. Une analyse partielle des conditions de la réussite de cette évolution est proposée.
Windrow composting of source separated kitchen biowastes in Finland

All households in the City of Jyväskylä have been required to source-separate their wastes since June 1996. The accumulation of kitchen biowaste was about 60 kg per resident in 1997, with an efficiency of more than 75%. The residents of almost 50% of the detached houses in the city opted for small-scale composting. Ensuing kitchen biowaste was surprisingly pure: the estimated content of non-compostable material was less than 0.1 % by weight. The biowastes were composted at the Mustankorkea waste station in open windrows. International audience; Peripheral arterial diseases comprise different clinical presentations, from cerebrovascular disease down to lower extremity artery disease, from subclinical to disabling symptoms and events. According to clinical presentation, the patient's general condition, anatomical location and extension of lesions, revascularisation may be needed in addition to best medical treatment. Patients suffering from head and neck cancer (HNC) have or will develop a second esophageal squamous cell cancer (ESCC) in 5 - 14 %. When a second esophageal neoplasm occurs in a HNC patient, the prognosis is generally determined by the ESCC, and unfortunately it is poor. Prospective clinical studies in Japan, Brazil, Taiwan, France and Germany have shown that screening or surveillance using Lugol chromoesophagoscopy enables early detection of second esophageal neoplasias. Such a surveillance results in a survival benefit for HNC patients. Vice versa, ESCC patients also have a risk of 9.3 - 11.4 % for a head and neck cancer. National audience; Le but de cette recherche est de mettre au jour, grâce aux lois de la catégorisation sociale, les dimensions identitaires pertinentes dans le cadre de l'Europe. A partir d'un dispositif amenant des sujets français à exprimer les liens affectifs qu'ils perçoivent entre Européens de différentes nationalités, on obtient par AFC une représentation de l'Europe opposant les pays occidentaux aux pays orientaux sur un premier axe et les pays ensoleillés aux pays froids sur un deuxième axe.
