[EN] The high global generation of wastes and side streams from agri-food production has led to environmental impact and causes nature degradation due to their uncontrolled management. These wastes are profitable materials with significant economic value that could otherwise be exploited as new sources in the feed industry or the production of bioenergy. Among them, brewer¿s spent grain (BSG) is a solid by-product generated in the beerbrewing process that consists of the barley grain husks together with parts of the pericarp and seed coat layer. This phenomenon is approached by means of the theories bound to the social categorization, and more precisely, the social identity approach and the conception of the social partitions. Segnatamente, il tema della responsabilità per fatto illecito è affrontato allo scopo di cogliere i punti di contatto e quelli di differenza tra gli ordinamenti considerati e di descrivere i possibili canali di collegamento tra un istituto che ha guadagnato un posto centrale negli ordinamenti giuridici e che ora appare ad un bivio: ulteriore espansione o suo deperimento. International audience; The phytostimulatory PGPR Azospirillum lipoferum CRT1 was inoculated to maize seeds and the impact on the genetic structure of the rhizobacterial community in the field was determined during maize growth by Automated Ribosomal Intergenic Spacer Analysis (ARISA) of rhizosphere DNA extracts. ARISA fingerprints could differ from one plant to the next as well as from one sampling to the next.
