[EN] Price is considered as a key variable in predicting buying behavior. However, few studies have focused on how non-monetary price is affected and can affect other components of the consumer endogenous variables. This paper seeks (1) to analyze the effects of antecedents of behavioural price (past experience, the benefits and risks of peer to peer accommodation services) on the guest perceived price, and (2) to determine the effect of this price and past experience on guest intentions. Relation between current alcohol consumption and attitude towards alcohol use among students

Wprowadzenie: Celem badań było zweryfikowanie związku między częstotliwością i ilością spożywania alkoholu a postawą studentów wobec picia alkoholu. Materiał i metody: W poprzecznych badaniach ankietowych, z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza PBS „Studenci 2004”, uczestniczyło 908 studentów drugiego roku studiów politechnicznych (w tym 30% kobiet) w wieku od 19 do 36 lat (M = 21,23; SD = 1,26). Wyniki: Uzyskane wyniki wskazują, że studentki piją znacząco mniej alkoholu i mają bardziej negatywne postawy wobec alkoholu aniżeli studenci. Pericentriskā heterohromatīna loma genoma telpiskajā organizācijā un regulācijā krūts vēža diferencēšanās komitācijā

Darba mērķis bija izpētīt pericentriskā heterohromatīna (PHH) iespējamas strukturālas un transkripcijas izmaiņas diferenciācijas sākuma stadijā (komitācijā) ar heregulīnu (HRG) aktivētās MCF-7 krūts vēža šūnās. Modelis tika testēts pēc agrās stresa atbildes gēnu un pericentrisko satelītu DNS transkripcijas dinamikas izmaiņas MCF-7 šūnās pēc HRG aktivācijas izmantojot PĶR. PHH topoloģiju un organizāciju pētīja ar immunofluorescences, konfokālās mikroskopijas un attēlu analīzes metodēm. Tika atklāts, ka PHH klasterizācija ir proporcionāla centromēru skaitam un to izkārtojums raksturojas ar spēka likumsakarību. HRG izsauc PHH strauju de-klasterizāciju.
