Artikkeli käsittelee suomalaista omaehtoista elokuvatuotantokulttuuria. Tarkastelen media-alan murrosta, jossa kamppailevat sekä harrastajatekijät pientuottajina että media-alan vakiintuneet instituutiot ja kaupalliset tuottajat. Omaehtoinen elokuvatuotanto osallistuu mediatuotantoon ja uusintaa kulttuurituotannon rakenteita. Se tekee alakulttuurisesta tilasta käsin näkyväksi elokuvateollisuuden valtarakenteita paljastaen näin luovaa taloutta rajoittavia pullonkauloja. Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate how different actors influenced the implementation of an environmental management system (EMS) and a performance measurement system (PMS) in a case company when the systems are eventually integrated. Another purpose is to illustrate how the frameworks of Gibson and Earley and Lovaglia et al. can be utilized to investigate the implementation of different management systems in practice. International audience; Suite à une vingtaine d'années de recherche-action en collaboration avec une équipe d'enseignants, Jacques Fijalkow (psycholinguiste, Université de Toulouse) a élaboré une démarche d'apprentissage de la lecture-écriture nommée "ECLEC" (Ecriture, LECture). Cette démarche est expérimentée depuis plusieurs années par des enseignants qui ont suivi des stages de formation continue.Un dispositif d'évaluation de ces pratiques pédagogiques a été mis en place au cours de l'année scolaire 1998-1999 dans 48 classes de CP des départements de l'Aude et de la Haute-Garonne (19 classes expérimentales, 29 classes témoins).
