Holothuria tubulosa Gmelin 1791 (Holothuroidea, Echinodermata) enhances organic matter recycling in Posidonia oceanica meadows

Abstract The role of Holothuria tubulosa in organic matter recycling of Posidonia oceanica detritus was estimated in a laboratory feeding experiment. The individual mean ingestion rate of seagrass detritus by holothurians was evaluated and carbon and nitrogen stable isotopes, carbon and nitrogen content and C:N ratio analyzed in H. tubulosa , P. oceanica detritus and surface sediment. Results showed that H. tubulosa is capable of ingesting from 30% to 100% of the detritus produced by P. oceanica meadows, depending on the holothurian density. Wiele aspektów wczesnej duchowości protestanckiej (mamy na uwadze szczególnie XVI stulecie) utrudnia usystematyzowanie jej w kontekście narastającej tendencji analizy tego okresu. Zainteresowanie wczesną duchowością protestancką znacznie wzrosło wśród badaczy w ciągu ostatnich dziesięcioleci. Konieczna stała się więc selekcja wyników badań. The detection efficiency of the clover Ge-detectors array at the RITU-GREAT facility

Absolute detection efficiency depending upon its position along the beam line is determined for three germanium detectors, that are part of the GREAT spectrometer at the RITU separator focal plane. The efficiency is determined for an energy range from 80 keV to 1400 keV for all three detectors as an array and also individually using digital electronics. The optimal position for the detector array has been defined for two configurations of the GREAT spectrometer: with planar detector and without it. Perceived motivational climate influences athletes’ emotion regulation strategies, emotions, and psychobiosocial experiences

The purpose of the study was to investigate whether athletes’ perceptions about the motivational climate created by their coach influence emotion regulation strategies (i.e., cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression), emotions, and psychobiosocial experiences of athletes. A sample of 459 competitive athletes (201 women, 258 men), aged 16–35 years, drawn from individual and team sports, completed self-assessment measures of perceived motivational climate, emotion regulation, sport emotions, and psychobiosocial experiences.
