SIA "GMG Catering” gada pārskata sastādīšana un novērtēšana

Diplomdarba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz gada pārskata sastādīšanas normatīvās bāzes izpēti, novērtēt SIA „GMG Catering” gada pārskata sastādīšanu un izvirzīt priekšlikumus SIA „GMG Catering” gada pārskata sastādīšanas procesa uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbā tiek izmantoti uzņēmuma gada pārskati par 2012., 2013. un 2014. gadu, Latvijas Republikas likumi, Ministru kabineta noteikumi, speciāla literatūra. Diplomdarbā ir izpētīti Gada pārskata teorētiskie aspekti un normatīvā bāze, izanalizēti SIA „GMG Catering” gada pārskati, izpētīta to sastādīšanas kārtība. Mājsaimniecības preču krājumu aprite un to pilnveides procedūras SIA "TORO"

Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma SIA “Toro” krājumu novērtēšanas un uzskaites metodes, kā arī tā krājumu apriti, to uzraudzību un noliktavas darbības procesus. Darba autore ir izstrādājusi darbu trīs nodaļās, kurās ietverta krājumu teorētiskais apkopoums pēc speciālās literatūras un likumiem, novērtētas pielietojamās krājumu uzskaites metodes SIA “Toro”, kā arī analizēta uzņēmuma noliktavas darba organizēšana un inventarizācija. Pēc SIA “Toro” izpētes, ir konstatētas nepilnības noliktavas darba procesā, tāpēc ir izstrādāti priekšlikumi noliktavas darba un preču piegādes uzlabošanai. Partial data inverse problems and simultaneous recovery of boundary and coefficients for semilinear elliptic equations

We study various partial data inverse boundary value problems for the semilinear elliptic equation $\Delta u+ a(x,u)=0$ in a domain in $\mathbb R^n$ by using the higher order linearization technique introduced in [LLS 19, FO19]. We show that the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map of the above equation determines the Taylor series of $a(x,z)$ at $z=0$ under general assumptions on $a(x,z)$. The determination of the Taylor series can be done in parallel with the detection of an unknown cavity inside the domain or an unknown part of the boundary of the domain. Wastewaters generated by crude oil extraction processes, called “produced waters” (PWs), are complex solutions that contain organic compounds, mainly hydrocarbons, and often exhibit high salinity. The large amounts of PWs represent a global issue because of their environmental impact. An approach widely used in the oil industry is the reinjection of this wastewater into the extraction wells after a suitable treatment. Mononuclear rearrangement of heterocycles in ionic liquids catalyzed by copper(II) salts

Abstract The reactivity of E- and Z-phenylhydrazones of 3-benzoyl-5-phenyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole in the presence of CuCl2 and Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O has been studied in four imidazolium ionic liquids [bmim][X] (X=BF4−, PF6−, SbF6− and CF3SO3−). The reaction may follow different mechanistic patterns, depending on the nature of the ionic liquid anion, accounting for both qualitative and kinetic data. In the presence of CuCl2, two processes take place at the same time, i.e., the E⇆Z isomerization and the rearrangement of Z-isomer into the relevant 4-benzoylamino-2,5-diphenyl-1,2,3-triazole.
