I will trace the metaphors of voice in the discourses of feminisms as articulated by Judith Fetterley, Kaja Silverman, Julia Kristeva, and Hélène Cixous. I will analyze the presuppositions of their vocal or sound imagery, paying special attention to the implications of the essentialism/constructivism opposition. It is not my intention to provide a comprehensive account of voice in feminisms, nor to make sweeping generalizations on the basis of a very limited corpus. Economic models of information security investment suggest estimating cost and benefit to make an information security investment decision. However, the intangible nature of information security investment prevents managers from applying costbenefit analysis in practice. Instead, information security managers may follow experts’ recommendations or the practices of other organizations. The present paper examines factors that influence information security managers’ investment decisions from the reputational herding perspective. Pathogen density and genetic diversity fluctuate in the outside-host environment during and between epidemics, affecting disease emergence and the severity and probability of infections. Although the importance of these factors for pathogen virulence and infection probability has been acknowledged, their interactive effects are not well understood. We studied how an infective dose in an environmentally transmitted opportunistic fish pathogen, Flavobacterium columnare, affects its virulence both in rainbow trout, which are frequently infected at fish farms, and in zebra fish, a host that is not naturally infected by F. columnare. Šajā bakalaura darbā tika pētītas pārejas RbCs molekulā no A^1 Σ^+~b^3 Π kompleksa uz a^3 Σ^+ un X^1 Σ^+ stāvokli. Pētījuma metode bija lāzer-inducētās fluorescence kombinācijā augstas izšķiršanas spējas Furjē transformāciju spektru reģistrāciju. RbCs molekulas tika ierosinātas izmantojot titāna-safīra lāzeru. Reģistrētajos lāzer-inducētās fluorescences spektros tika novērotas intensīvas pārejas uz singleta stāvokli X^1 Σ^+ un ārkārtīgi vājas pārejas uz tripleta a^3 Σ^+ stāvokli no kopīga A-b kompleksa līmeņa.
