Diplomdarbs “Digitālo tehnoloģiju nozīme mūsdienu sabiedriskajās telpās”, sastāv no 3daļām, teorētiskās daļas, empīriskās daļas un radošās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā, nalizējot pieejamo literatūru, tiek pētīts kā radās digitālās tehnolģijas, kā tās attīstījās un kādu nozīmi tā ieņem mūsu ikdienā. Tiek izpētīts kā digitālās tehnoloģijas attīstījās tiešī restorānos, un pētīts arī, kas jāņem vērā veidojot interjeru kas iekļauj digitālās tehnoloģijas. Empīriskajā daļā tiek apskatītas un izvērtētas dažādas kafejnīcas, un digitālo tehnoloģiju iekļaušanās kafejnīcu vidē. Identitāte sabiedriskajā interjerā

Diplomdarba teorētiskajā daļā autore apskata sabiedrisko telpu jēdzienu un sabiedrisko telpu veidus, īpaši pievēršot uzmanību biroju interjera specifikai. Aplūkoja, kā jēdziens "identitāte" ir sasaistāms ar interjeru un kā veidojas cilvēka identitātes sajūta caur telpisko uztveri, kā arī noskaidroja, kāda loma identitātes veidošanā ir kultūrai. Autore analizēja, vai mūsdienu sabiedriskajā interjerā, kas veidots Latvijā laika posmā no 2012. līdz 2016. gadam ir pamanāmas latviskas identitātes iezīmes. Ņemot vērtā teorētiskajā un empīriskajā daļā gūtās atziņas, darba radošajā daļā autore ir izstrādājusi interjera projektu SIA "Mežaparka Rezidences" un SIA "Domuss" biroja telpām.

Vēsturisko ēku interjeri mūsdienās ir pakļauti vislielākajām pārmaiņām, jo, visbiežāk, telpas tiek pielāgots jaunām lietošanas vajadzībām. Ņemot vērā intensīvo pārbūves un restaurācijas darbu norisi, kas bieži maina ēkas vēsturisko izmantošanas veidu, kā arī to struktūru un tehnisko stāvokli, darba autore kā pētījumu izvēlējusies “Celtniecības un apdares materiālu izvēle interjera veidošanai vēsturiskā ēkā”. Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt viesnīcas interjera projektu vēsturiskā ēkā, izvēloties tam laikam atbilstošus celtniecības un apdares materiālus vēsturisko un māksliniecisko vērtību saglabāšanai. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, izstrādāts interjera projekts.

Internal Hernia Masquerading As Necrotizing Enterocolitis

In extremely preterm infants, acute abdominal emergencies are fortunately less common with improving care. Spontaneous intestinal perforation and necrotizing enterocolitis are conditions where emergency surgery is most often needed. Conservative medical management and placement of temporary drain are often used in the initial management. Internal hernia (IH) is an uncommon cause of bowel obstruction in neonates, is difficult to diagnose and unfortunately are found only at autopsy. The presentation in preterm infants, distinction between these conditions, and the need for early diagnosis of IH are discussed.

Early intestinal perforation secondary to congenital mesenteric defects

Abstract Gastrointestinal perforation (GIP) in preterm neonates may be idiopathic, due to necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), or mechanical obstruction. The predominant cause of GIP in the neonatal period is NEC. Differential diagnosis with congenital malformations, including mesenteric defects leading to internal hernias, is mandatory if the onset is early. We describe two newborns with trans-mesenteric herniation resulting in GIP, and we discuss the presence of possible additional risk factors such as prematurity and predisposing vascular disruption in connective tissue disorders (Ehlers-Danlos syndrome), twinning, and use of assisted reproductive technologies.
