Gene flow shapes spatial genetic structure and the potential for local adaptation. Among marine animals with nonmigratory adults, the presence or absence of a pelagic larval stage is thought to be a key determinant in shaping gene flow and the genetic structure of populations. The Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study (GBD) 2019 provides a rules-based synthesis of the available evidence on levels and trends in health outcomes, a diverse set of risk factors, and health system responses. GBD 2019 covered 204 countries and territories, as well as first administrative level disaggregations for 22 countries, from 1990 to 2019. Because GBD is highly standardised and comprehensive, spanning both fatal and non-fatal outcomes, and uses a mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive list of hierarchical disease and injury causes, the study provides a powerful basis for detailed and broad insights on global health trends and emerging challenges. The article is an attempt to answer the question about the relation between tradition and the development of theological cognition. The church from the first centuries was aware that allegiance to the council tenets exceeds a technical repetition of council`s formulas. It is clear that a belief in dogma assumes openness to both the past and the future. In the article two approaches to tradition are criticized: archeological and enthusiastic. Tutkimuksessa perehdyttiin Vincenzo Bellinin I Puritani -oopperaan ja erityisesti sen naispääosan hulluuteen. Tavoitteena oli selvittää, millainen hullun naisen representaatio oopperassa esiintyy sekä tarkastella mistä musiikillisista ja kerronnallisista elementeistä hahmon hulluus rakentuu. Päähenkilöä verrattiin myös muihin, saman ajan oopperoiden naisrepresentaatioihin. Aihetta lähestyttiin uushermeneuttisen oopperatutkimuksen näkökulmasta, ja sen periaatteiden mukaisesti teos käsitettiin oman syntyaikansa- ja paikkansa tuotteena.
