Resumen: La carga mental es el conjunto de requerimientos mentales, cognitivos o intelectuales a los que se ven sometidos los trabajadores a lo largo de su jornada laboral. El presente estudio pretende conocer la prevalencia de los niveles de carga mental en profesionales de Enfermería de varias unidades de hospitalización de un hospital, así como su relación con el turno de trabajo y otros factores sociodemográficos y laborales. Para ello se ha realizado un estudio cuantitativo de carácter descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal. This study explores mothers’ experiences of their children’s custody. The empirical data consists of twelve interviews with mothers with a child custody experience. Seven interviews were conducted twice, in years 2004 and 2008. The purpose of the dissertation is three-fold: 1) to clarify the construction of motherhood before and after the custody; 2) to define what kind of support the mothers received after the children had been placed outside home; and 3) to identify promotive and hindering factors for the empowerment of these mothers. Production cross section and decay study of $^{243}$Es and $^{249}$Md

In the study of the odd-$Z$, even-$N$ nuclei $^{243}$Es and $^{249}$Md, performed at the University of Jyv\"askyl\"a, the fusion-evaporation reactions $^{197}$Au($^{48}$Ca,2$n$)$^{243}$Es and $^{203}$Tl($^{48}$Ca,2$n$)$^{249}$Md have been used for the first time. Fusion-evaporation residues were selected and detected using the RITU gas-filled separator coupled with the focal-plane spectrometer GREAT. For $^{243}$Es, the recoil decay correlation analysis yielded a half-life of $24 \pm 3$s, and a maximum production cross section of $37 \pm 10$ nb. The production of green table olives is traditionally a spontaneous fermentation carried out by indigenous microflora. Variability of microbial raw material may result in changes in the qualitative aspects of final products (Silvestri et al., 2009). Käsillä olevan tutkielman aihe on filosofinen hermeneutiikka. Tällä termillä viitataan pääosin saksalaisten Hans-Georg Gadamerin (1900–2002) sekä Martin Heideggerin (1889–1976) ajatteluun. Mainittujen filosofien keskeisin ongelma koskee kysymystä ”ymmärtämisestä”. Ymmärtämisen he käsittävät kuitenkin äärimmäisen laajassa mielessä: ilmiönä, jonka suhteen kysymys ihmisen suhteesta maailmaan, itseensä sekä toisiin ihmisiin voidaan ratkaista. L'épée d'Onnen (Groningue, Pays-Bas), de la tourbière aux rayons X

The Onnen sword was found in 1896 while exploiting a peat bog, about 1.5 m deep. It is a so-called “antennae” sword, named after the spirals at the top of the pommel and it dates back to last phase of the Bronze Age (ca. 9th century BC). The Groninger Museum now curates the sword with inventory number 1896/I 4. Although this sword is already mentioned in the archaeological literature, it was never correctly published. Its recent study in the cultural heritage agency of The Netherlands gives us a good opportunity to make a detailed presentation as well as to investigate its production techniques to discuss its possible origins.
