Among the problems long debated by the scholars of the testament called per aes et libram, the most interesting was the one concerning the original character of the mancipio accipiens-familiae emptor. The speech is based on a close anaysis of the principal sources, that describe two periods in testamentum per aes et libram evolution’s (especially, Gai 2.102-108, PT. 2.10.1), but it also concern – more generally – the analysis of well-know passages (see, in particular, Tit. A CRITICAL STUDY CONCERNING THE PREPARATION OF THE STATEMENT OF CASH FLOWS THROUGH THE INDIRECT METHOD IN ROMANIA

Although not bound by law, by option, small and medium entities from Romania can prepare the statement for the modifications within their equity and / or the statement of cash flows. When companies select this option, any decision made by the consumer of accounting information is better founded, from the perspective of information sources that it uses, rather than the opposite, because the users of accounting information about a company are almost always interested by the way in which the company generates and uses cash and cash equivalents. In this paper we present the particularities implied in Romania by the preparation of the statement of cash flows using the indirect method.

Laser fluence, repetition rate and pulse duration effects on paint ablation

Abstract The efficiency (mm3/(J pulse)) of laser ablation of paint was investigated with nanosecond pulsed Nd:YAG lasers (λ = 532 nm) as a function of the following laser beam parameters: pulse repetition rate (1–10,000 Hz), laser fluence (0.1–5 J/cm2) and pulse duration (5 ns and 100 ns). In our study, the best ablation efficiency (η ≅ 0.3 mm3/J) was obtained with the highest repetition rate (10 kHz) at the fluence F = 1.5 J/cm2. This ablation efficiency can be associated with heat accumulation at high repetition rate, which leads to the ablation threshold decrease.
