Energy efficient resource allocation in heterogeneous software defined network: A reverse combinatorial auction approach

In this paper, resource allocation for energy effi- ciency in heterogeneous Software Defined Network (SDN) with multiple network service providers (NSPs) is studied. The considered problem is modeled as a reverse combinatorial auction game, which takes different quality of service (QoS) requirements into account. The heterogeneous network selection associated with power allocation problem is optimized by maximizing the energy efficiency of data transmission. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää persoonallisuuden piirteiden ja tunteiden säätelystrategioiden yhteyksiä työn imuun. Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin persoonallisuuden piirteistä ulospäinsuuntautuneisuutta ja neuroottisuutta sekä tunteiden säätelystrategioista tilanteen uudelleen arviointia ja tunteiden tukahduttamista. Ensinnäkin kiinnostuksen kohteena oli ulospäinsuuntautuneisuuden ja neuroottisuuden merkitys työn imun ja sen eri ulottuvuuksien eli tarmokkuuden, omistautumisen ja uppoutumisen kokemiselle. Endovascular Treatment for Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency in Patients with Multiple Sclerosis

Objective. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of endovascular treatment for chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency on chronic fatigue in multiple sclerosis patients. Methods. Severity of fatigue was measured with Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) in 340 patients before the treatment and after 6-month follow-up. Results. We found statistically significant improvement of fatigue. After the treatment, mean FSS score dropped from 4.7 to 3.8. However, these post-procedural changes were not evenly distributed. Artikkelini tarkastelee neuvomista opinnäytteen ohjauksessa. Lähden liikkeelle dilemmasta: useissa ohjauksen käytännöissä esiintyy runsaasti ammattilaisen antamia neuvoja, vaikka ohjausmääritelmissä neuvomista kehotettaisiin välttämään. Pyrin selvittämään, miksi näin on. Tarkastelen ohjauksen ja neuvomisen välistä suhdetta kokoamalla neuvoja koskevia institutionaalisen vuorovaikutuksen tutkimustuloksia erilaisissa ohjauksellisissa konteksteissa. Esitän tutkimustulosten yhteenvedon avulla kokonaisnäkemyksen siitä, mitä tehtäviä neuvot erilaisissa ohjauksellisissa tilanteissa toimittavat.
