The use of social networking sites and social media tools is on the rise, as the most common activity of today's youth. Thus, leveraging social media concepts in learning can make education more relatable to the youth in this digital era. The change towards the information society implies that many countries have to change their curricula, because students need to develop competencies that are not addressed in the traditional curricula. A case study approach was applied to examine curriculum changes in ICT-supported pedagogical practices from 28 countries. The analysis focused on curriculum content and goals of the ICT-supported pedagogical practices, how these aims were implemented in practice and which outcomes for students and teachers could be observed. This qualitative study explores the problem-solving culture associated with students' challenging behavior in an upper comprehensive school (ages 13 to 16). Based on the findings, new possibilities are suggested for developing the problem- solving culture in the Comprehensive School. The data consist of interviews, written stories by the participants, videotapes of the student welfare team meetings, official documents, and open answers to a questionnaire.
