The ANTARES telescope observes a full hemisphere of the sky all the time with a duty cycle close to 100%. This makes it well suited for an extensive observation of neutrinos produced in astrophysical transient sources. In the surrounding medium of blazars, i.e. active galactic nuclei with their jets pointing almost directly towards the observer, neutrinos may be produced together with gamma-rays by hadronic interactions, so a strong correlation between neutrinos and gamma-rays emissions is expected. Considerable interest is focused on overcoming multidrug resistance (MDR) in cancer chemotherapy. The in vitro experiments to characterize P-glycoprotein's (P-gp) function and to decrease its effects have led to a variety of strategies such as addition of competitors or supplementation of the medium with oligonucleotides complementary to the 5'-end of the MDR1-mRNA. They have been evaluated on the basis or monomer properties of the atoms and OH such as the dipole and quadrupole moments, and the static and dynamic polarizabilities. A partir de entrevistas a jóvenes, pretendemos aproximarnos a los argumentos desde los que dan sentido a sus itinerarios académicos y a las decisiones a las que se han enfrentado. Estos argumentos muestran fuertes implicaciones de la posición social de los actores, y están influidos por agentes de la institución educativa y familiar. En ese marco los jóvenes van configurando unas expectativas de futuro. Estas expectativas se debaten entre tres vías: salidas a espacios laborales poco cualificados y precarios, aunque …

Principal Poincar\'e Pontryagin Function associated to some families of Morse real polynomials

It is known that the Principal Poincar\'e Pontryagin Function is generically an Abelian integral. We give a sufficient condition on monodromy to ensure that it is an Abelian integral also in non generic cases. In non generic cases it is an iterated integral. Uribe [17, 18] gives in a special case a precise description of the Principal Poincar\'e Pontryagin Function, an iterated integral of length at most 2, involving logarithmic functions with only one ramification at a point at infinity. We extend this result to some non isodromic families of real Morse polynomials.

Ammonoid recovery after the Permian-Triassic mass extinction: a re-exploration of morphological and phylogenetic diversity patterns.

The explosive ammonoid rediversification after the Permian–Triassic mass extinction is now well understood in terms of taxonomic richness and biogeography. Using an updated dataset of Early Triassic ammonoids, we compare morphological disparity and taxonomic richness patterns at the regional and global scales. Disparity evolved similarly at both scales, suggesting a global influence of abiotic factors. Morphological diversification occurred early in the Smithian and a marked contraction of the morphospace took place during the end-Smithian extinction.
