The first involves the concept of utilizing the estimates of the reward probabilities, while the second involves discretizing the probability space in which the LA operates. Extracellular vesicles (EVs), such as exosomes and microvesicles, are released by different cell types and participate in physiological and pathophysiological processes. EVs mediate intercellular communication as cell-derived extracellular signalling organelles that transmit specific information from their cell of origin to their target cells. As a result of these properties, EVs of defined cell types may serve as novel tools for various therapeutic approaches, including (a) anti-tumour therapy, (b) pathogen vaccination, (c) immune-modulatory and regenerative therapies and (d) drug delivery. In this chapter, an efficient method that restores signals from strongly noised blurred discrete data is presented. The method can be characterized as a Regularized Matching Pursuit (RMP), where dictionaries consist of spline wavelet packets. It combines ideas from spline theory, wavelet analysis and greedy algorithms. The main distinction from the conventional matching pursuit is that different dictionaries are used to test the data and to approximate the solution. In addition, oblique projections of data onto dictionary elements are used instead of orthogonal projections, which are used in the conventional Matching Pursuit (MP). After having disappeared at the beginning of 1900, the brown bear has started in a late 1960s a slow process of recolonization of the north-eastern Alps, through an expansion of Dinaric population. At the end of the 1990s the University of Udine began the occasional monitoring of the species and from 2004 non-invasive genetic monitoring became systematic. In the last 8 years 217 hair traps have been activated in the region to monitore: Natisone Valleys, the Julian and Carnic Alps and Prealps. Twenty-six hair traps were monitored in all years, whereas 40 were observed only in 2004, 2007 and 2011. Mainontaa on nykyaikana lähes kaikkialla. Yksi yleisimmistä mainonnan muodoista on televisiomainokset, joita useat näkevät päivittäin. Tästä esimerkkinä on Applen televisiokampanja, jota esitettiin vuosina 2006–2009. Sitä on tutkittu useasta eri näkökulmasta, mutta mainoksissa olevan keskustelun tutkiminen on jäänyt vähemmälle. Myös kampanjassa käytetyn keskustelun yhteyttä suostutteluun, joka on kaiken mainonnan tavoite, on tutkittu vain vähän.
