Darba ietvaros tika izstrādāta resursu pārvaldības informācijas sistēma un programmatūras dokumentācija, kuras pamatu veido programmatūras prasību specifikācija, programmatūras projektējuma apraksts un testēšanas dokumentācija. Informācijas sistēmas mērķis ir atvieglot un centralizēt pasākumu un darbinieku pārvaldību lielam uzņēmumam vienotā vietnē. Sistēma ir izstrādāta kā tīmekļa lietotne, izmantojot Laravel 8, atvērtā koda PHP tīmekļu ietvaru.

Korporatīvais sociālais tīkls ir tīmekļa serviss, kas jebkuros uzņēmumos atvieglo kolēģu pazīšanu. Sistēma ir paredzēta jebkuram uzņēmumam, kuram, lielā cilvēku skaita dēļ, ir problēmas izsekot to spējām un pieredzei. Reģistrētie sistēmas lietotāji var izveidot savu profilu, atstāt atsauksmes par citiem, sūtīt ziņas kolēģiem, pievienot savas prasmes, kā arī ieteikt citus kolēģus pēc viņu prasmēm. Administrators var pārvaldīt sistēmas darbību un raksturiezīmes. Sistēma ir balstīta uz dažiem atvērtā pirmkoda rīkiem – Laravel, jQuery, Bootstrap 3 u.c.

Przyjmując założenie o aktywnej roli języka w profilowaniu rzeczywistości danego dyskursu, w niniejszym artykule ukazano charakterystyczne praktyki dyskursywne stosowane powszechnie przez media wiązane z niemiecką Nową Prawicą w ich relacjonowaniu problematyki kryzysu migracyjnego oraz uchodźców. W oparciu o wybrane płaszczyzny modelu DIMEAN analizie poddane zostały internetowe wersje czasopisma „Junge Freiheit” oraz magazynu „Compact”.

Artykuł przedstawia wyniki analizy wybranych dyskursów prasowych dotyczących aktualnej problematyki uchodźczej. Celem artykułu jest znalezienie odpowiedzi na następujące pytania: 1) W jaki sposób problem uchodźców jest wyrażony językowo w wybranych zbiorach tekstów? 2) Jakie cechy charakterystyczne nadaje uchodźcom prasa i jak są oni oceniani? 3) Jakie różnice i podobieństwa można zaobserwować w opisie problematyki uchodźców w oparciu o wybrane zbiory tekstów?
Discussions of Fatherhood in Male Batterer Treatment Group

The aim of this study was to examine how men who have perpetrated violence toward their partners and participated in batterer group talked about being a father and how they perceived their own fatherhood. The discussion in the group was analyzed qualitatively by using the methods of content analysis. In traditional fatherhood, they talked about avoidant, passiveness, distant, indifference, and authoritative controlling ways of acting. These men also created an image of themselves as active and caring fathers, thus including empathy and nurture in the concept of fatherhood. During the talk we will give a necessary and sufficient condition for the uniqueness of a penalized least squares estimator whose penalty term is a polyhedral norm. Our results cover many methods including the OSCAR, SLOPE and LASSO estimators as well as the related method of basis pursuit. The geometrical condition for uniqueness involves how the row span of the design matrix intersects the faces of the dual normunit ball. Theoretical results on sparsity by LASSO and basis pursuit estimators are deduced from this condition via the characterization of accessible sign vectors for these two methods.
