The determination of the state of drying is an essential step in rediscovering the archaeological chaîne opératoire. Opinnäytetyö käsittelee Turun Sanomissa käytyä keskustelua taiteilijoiden työhuoneista ennen Euroopan kulttuuripääkaupunkivuotta 2011. Pääaineisto koskee vuosia 2006–2008. Tuona aikana taiteilijat menettivät pitkään työtiloina toimineen Jokikadun kiinteistön ja joutuivat odottamaan pitkään vastaavia tiloja. Taiteilijat ylläpitivät keskustelua ja peräänkuuluttivat oikeuksiaan työtiloihin. Samaan aikaan vaihtoehtotaiteilijat järjestivät alakulttuuritapahtumia ja talonvaltauksia. Despite the high prevalence of this medical condition among athletes, it is infrequent to observe tendinopathic groin pain in steeplechase runners. In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

Bakalaura darbā tiek apskatīts tiesas debašu regulējums Kriminālprocesa likumā un citu valstu kriminālprocesa kodeksos, kā arī analizēti gaidāmo grozījumu Kriminālprocesa likumā (Nr. 427/Lp13) apsvērumi. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt tiesas debašu nozīmi un saturu kriminālprocesā, kā arī noskaidrot to ilguma ierobežošanas nepieciešamību un ietekmi uz iztiesāšanas norisi. Darba uzdevumi ir izpētīt tiesas debašu institūtu un tā vēsturisko attīstību Latvijā, analizēt tiesas debašu ilguma ierobežošanas iemeslus, pētot likumdošanas materiālus, kā arī salīdzināt regulējumu ārvalstīs un citos procesuālajos likumos Latvijā.
