Åländska : 15-åriga elevers resultatnivå i PISA 2009 -undersökningen

År 2009 deltog åländska skolor för andra gången med ett större sampel i PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment), OECD:s internationella studie som undersöker elevers förmågor i och attityder till läsning, matematik och naturvetenskap. År 2009 deltog redan över 60 länder och områden i undersökningen. I den här rapporten presenteras resultatnivån på Åland. Resultatnivån för de 151 åländska ungdomarnas prestationer i läsförmåga, matematik och naturvetenskaper jämförs med de nationella resultaten och resultaten i andra nordiska länder samt andra deltagande länders resultat. Ett stort intresse riktas även mot könsskillnaderna som traditionellt sett har varit stora i Finland.

Abstract The need to create more sustainable food systems calls for careful attention to justice in making the transition. However, to achieve a just transition and create policies to support the goal of developing sustainable food systems, we need more knowledge of the ways current policies tackle justice. This knowledge can reveal blind spots and development needs and increase the transparency of potentially conflicting goals, which is essential for designing just transition policies. Gli ampi poteri probatori riconosciuti al giudice dall’art. 507 c.p.p. costituiscono l’esito di un’opera interpretativa di bilanciamento, nel segno della ragionevolezza, tra il principio dispositivo, il fine dell’accertamento della verità e l’obbligo dell’imparzialità del giudice. Oltre al “diritto alla prova contraria”, quale strumento utile a ricondurre a equità il processo, si segnala fra i correttivi più recenti l’utilizzo del principio della “parità delle armi”, destinato a fungere da valido antidoto sistematico verso eventuali “abusi” del potere istruttorio finalizzati a eludere il regime dell’utilizzabilità degli atti processuali.
Developing a matrix framework for protein transition towards more sustainable diets

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to propose a matrix framework to understand the interdependencies of domains and scales of protein transition towards diets based on plants and alternative sources of proteins.Design/methodology/approachThe abductive research approach is used in building the framework, and the proposed framework is illustrated using the regional food system in Central Finland as an example.
