Celem niniejszego artykułu jestanaliza przyczyn korzystania w niewielkim stopniu przez mieszkańców Chorwacji z obywatelskiego prawa wyboru kandydatów do Parlamentu Europejskiego.Wybory z ostatnich lat pokazują jednak, że zainteresowanie obywateli nie jest zbyt duże. Społeczeństwo Chorwacji nigdy nie było nadmiernie euroentuzjastyczne. Wynika to z kilku powodów, m.in. trudnych doświadczeń funkcjonowania w Jugosławii, co spowodowało, że Chorwaci nie są pozytywnie nastawieni do cedowania prerogatyw państwowych na rzecz innych podmiotów. Przedstawiono właściwości sorpcyjne węgla brunatnego pochodzącego z KWB Bełchatów w stosunku do wybranych barwników kwasowych (Acid Red 18, Acid Black 1, Acid Blue 9 oraz Acid Green 16) w roztworach wodnych. Wyznaczona w statycznych warunkach kontaktu faza stała-roztwór maksymalna pojemność sorpcyjna węgla w stosunku do wybranych barwników kwasowych mieściła się w zakresie 3,80-22,7 g/kg i rosła w szeregu AR-182). W wiązaniu barwników AR-18, AB-9 i ABk-1 odgrywała rolę adsorpcja jonowymienna (E>8 kJ/mol), przy czym jej udział w wiązaniu barwników był największy dla AR-18.

14 pages; International audience; A very high-resolution carbon and oxygen stable isotope analysis (bulk-carbonate) of a biostratigraphically well-constrained Callovian-Oxfordian series is provided here for the first time. The homogeneity of the clayey series and the weak diagenetic alteration allow the isotopic signal variations to be considered as primary in origin. A prominent and brief negative excursion in the δ13C curve (−2‰), occurring at the start of the Middle Callovian (Jason Zone - Obductum Subzone) and correlated regionally, suggests a possible methane release.
