Ustawy z maja 1989 r. dotyczące gwarancji wolności sumienia i wyznania oraz relacji pomiędzy państwem a Kościołem katolickim w Polsce ze względu na ich znaczenie wyposażono w uroczysty wstęp podnoszący jeszcze bardziej rangę tych przepisów. Jednak formuła przyjęta wcześniej dzisiaj wymaga zmian szanujących godność człowieka i jego podmiotowość. Stąd też należy uwzględnić nie tylko wytyczne Narodów Zjednoczonych ale także dyrektywy wywodzące się z prawa Unii Europejskiej i fakt członkostwa Polski w Radzie Europy.
Cultural Heritage Education in UNESCO Cultural Conventions

The aim of the article is to analyse UNESCO conventions dealing with culture and assess the visibility and importance of cultural heritage education in these conventions and their implementation. First, it briefly presents the role of UNESCO in the area of culture and education, together with the UN Agenda 2030 and the challenges faced currently. Next, it discusses the existing UNESCO cultural conventions and their educational dimension with reference to the conventions’ provisions and aims. Bei 6 gesunden freiwilligen Probanden wurde der Einflus einer langerfristigen hochdosierten Mineralocorticoid-Applikation auf die Hamodynamik untersucht. Die Versuchspersonen erhielten das synthetische Mineralocorticoid 9α-Fluorhydrocortison in einer Dosierung von 0,8 mg p.o. taglich. Vor der Gabe des Steroids sowie nach 1- und 6wochiger Steroidbehandlung wurden der zentrale Venendruck und der arterielle Blutdruck direkt gemessen, das Herzzeitvolumen wurde mittels Farbstoffverdunnungsmethode bestimmt.

This paper explores cross-sectionally the determinants of ICO success as measured by the amount of raised funding. Our study is the first that retrieves an intensive hand-collected data library covering the entire population of all 5,033 ICOs launched in the 2014 – 2019 period. Another important novel aspect is that we address the question whether psychological and financial sentiment cached in whitepapers have an impact on the success of ICOs. We employ natural language procession tools and various sentiment dictionaries to assess the sentiment in whitepapers and our results suggest that ICO investors are largely guided by their emotions when making investment decisions.
