Prediction of the next value of a function

The following model of inductive inference is considered. Arbitrary set tau = {tau_1, tau_2, ..., tau_n} of n total functions N->N is fixed. A "black box" outputs the values f(0), f(1), ..., f(m), ... of some function f from the set tau. Processing these values by some algorithm (a strategy) we try to predict f(m+1) from f(0), f(1), ..., f(m). Upper and lower bounds for average error numbers are obtained for prediction by using deterministic and probabilistic strategies.

A versatile synthetic strategy for the preparation of multimetallic oxynitrides has been designed and here exemplarily discussed considering the preparation of nanoscaled zinc-gallium oxynitrides and zinc-gallium-indium oxynitrides, two important photocatalysts of new generation, which proved to be active in key energy related processes from pollutant decomposition to overall water splitting. In letteratura, vi è la tendenza a descrivere quattro diverse categorie di bevitori tra gli adolescenti: non bevitori, bevitori sociali, binge e heavy drinker (D'Alessio, et al., 2006). First, the news media in Finland is dominated by one major newspaper (cf. Liekais svars un aptaukošanās pazemina dzīves kvalitāti un ir par iemeslu daudzām saslimšanām: diabētam, koronārajām sirds slimībām, onkoloģiskajām saslimšanām, metabolajam sindromam. Pētījuma mērķis ir izvērtēt uztura, fiziskās aktivitātes (FA) un miera vielmaiņas intensitātes (RMR) korelāciju ar ķermeņa tauku masu jaunu, pieaugušu, klīniski veselu cilvēku grupā. Pētījuma gaitā tika analizēta izmeklējamo personu 3 dienu uztura dienasgrāmata, fiziskā aktivitāte noteikta ar anketēšanas metodi, veikti antropometriskie mērījumi un reģistrēta miera vielmaiņas intensitāte ar netiešās kalorimetrijas metodi.
