This study aimed to investigate the developmental dynamics between children's mathematical performance, the task-focused versus task-avoidant behaviours they show in the classroom, and their parents' beliefs concerning their school competence. The mathematical performance of 111 six- to seven-year-old children was tested, and their task-focused versus task-avoidant behaviours were rated by their teachers four times during their first school year. Parents filled in questionnaires measuring their skill-specific and general beliefs about their children's school competencies at the beginning and at the end of the school year. Tutkimukseni koskee ikäihmisten yksinäisyyden huomioimista vanhuspoliittisissa strategioissa. Kartoitan tutkimuksessa palvelurakenteen vastaamista yksinäisyyden problematiikkaan ikäihmisten elämässä strategioiden tasolta. Tutkimukseni ikäihmiset ovat yli 75-vuotiaita, joiden katsotaan tekeillä olevan vanhuspalvelulain luonnoksen mukaan olevan eräänlaisen rajapyykin saavuttaneita henkilöitä. Palvelujen tarve kasvaa 75 vuotta täyttäneillä selvästi. National audience; Nous avons récemment proposé (1, 2) deux modèles thermodynamiques pour les équilibres divariants entre la vapeur d'eau et les hydrates salins solides. Le premier postule l'existence d'une solution solide d'insertion d'eau dans le sel, le second postule l'existence d'une solution solide de substitution entre deux hydrates du sel. Le but de ce travail est d'établir un nouveau critère permettant de distinguer les deux modèles à partir de l'expérience et de délimiter le domaine divariant dans chacun des deux cas. International audience; Predation is an important selective pressure and some prey have evolved conspicuous warning signals that advertise unpalatability (i.e. aposematism) as an antipredator defence. Conspicuous colour patterns have been shown effective as warning signals, by promoting predator learning and memory. Aposematic organisms couple conspicuous warning signals with a secondary defense to deter predators from attacking. Novel signals of aposematic prey are expected to be selected against due to positive frequency-dependent selection. How, then, can novel phenotypes persist after they arise, and why do so many aposematic species exhibit intrapopulation signal variability? Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot vasarzaļo rododendru spraudeņu pavairošanas potenciālu atkarībā no mātes augu priekšapstrādes (etiolācija, steidzināšana) un spraudeņu apstrādes ar auksīnu – indol-3-sviestskābi (ISS). Mātes augu etiolācija kopā ar ISS veicināja straujāku rizoģenēzi, bet neietekmēja apsakņoto spraudeņu skaitu. Etiolācija uzlaboja pārziemošanu grūtāk apsakņojamiem spraudeņiem. Mātes augu steidzināšana kopā ar ISS uzlaboja spraudeņu rizoģenēzi grūtāk apsakņojamiem genotipiem, veicināja jauno dzinumu attīstību, uzlabojot spraudeņu pārziemošanu.
