Les soignants d’hôpitaux habitant et travaillant aux frontières turco-syriennes sont aussi des migrants ou des réfugiés syriens. Comme la population sinistrée, ils exercent leur activité professionnelle au rythme de la guerre et nécessitent également un accompagnement. Dans le cadre de l’Unité psychosociale d’une ONG internationale, un soutien psychologique en visio-conférence est proposé aux soignants en Syrie et en Turquie. Foot-strike and the associated load rate are factors related to overuse injuries in runners. The purpose of this study was to analyse structural and functional changes in runners using floating heel running shoes, compared with runners using conventional footwear. A randomised control trial was conducted. Twenty runners with overuse injuries were followed over a 12-week gait retraining programme using floating heel running shoes or their conventional footwear. Tutkimuksen tehtävä on ollut tarkastella mieheyden ja maskuliinisuuden ja seksuaalisen väkivallan kytkeytymistä. Tutkimus tarkastelee miehiä uhreina. Kyseessä on vahvasti sukupuolisidonnainen ilmiö. Olen lähestynyt aihetta tarkastelemalla maskuliinisuuden ja mieheyden käsitteitä, joiden avulla olen pyrkinyt avaamaan miesuhriuden olemusta. Tutkielmassani olen tehnyt yhtäältä teoreettista käsiteanalyysiä sekä katsausta aikaisempaan empiiriseen tutkimukseen. Rodi-Risberg addresses trauma’s generic border-crossing movement through Sophie Hannah’s socially conscious crime thriller Hurting Distance (2007), a trauma narrative of sexual violence and emotional abuse that can be referred to as crime trauma fiction because it incorporates and blends features of both genres. Rodi-Risberg’s main argument is that crime trauma fiction such as Hannah’s novel represents traumatic experience as politically significant by mobilising affect through its themes of violence as social critique.
