The paper analyzes the philosophical-legal implications of the doctrine of the rebus sic stantibus clause. It corresponds to a non-formalist, dynamic and flexible view of law, and contracts in particular, as a historical phenomenon susceptible of evolution and adaptation to reality, to the circumstances of time and place. The paper deeps into the necessity of balance between security and justice, for which a rigorous technical-legal formulation of this legal figure is required.From this perspective we analyze the genesis and evolution of the doctrine and its process of progressive technical decantation.
Correggio, Anselmi e Rondani

<p>Antonius Laetus, Hirundo: these are the latinized signatures of Antonio Allegri called Correggio and his assistant from Parma Francesco Maria Rondani. Michelangelo Anselmi instead, signed one of his altarpiece with a cabalistic writing method. That was one of the encrypted alphabet used by Cornelio Agrippa. According to previous studies, often the artist name matches with his portrait. On the contrary this essay analyzes signatures, words and their variant spelling as a signifiant, as images translating a message, in the same way as in a calligram or a rebus.<br></p>

La batalla de Atapuerca (1054) constituye un hito en la historia del reino de Navarra. Desde su primera versión historiográfica conservada en la Historia silense (c. 1118-1126), el relato de la batalla de Atapuerca sufrió modificaciones, amplificaciones y refundiciones en su extensa dispersión en el tiempo y el espacio. Hydrogen emissions from Erebus volcano, Antarctica

International audience; The continuous measurement of molecular hydrogen (H2) emissions from passively degassing volcanoes has recently been made possible using a new generation of low-cost electrochemical sensors. We have used such sensors to measure H2, along with SO2, H2O and CO2, in the gas and aerosol plume emitted from the phonolite lava lake at Erebus volcano, Antarctica. The measurements were made at the crater rim between December 2010 and January 2011. Combined with measurements of the long-term SO2 emission rate for Erebus, they indicate a characteristic H2 flux of 0.03 kg s-1 (2.8 Mg day-1). Maģistra darba uzdevums ir izpētīt apstākļu izmaiņas klauzulas attīstību, noskaidrot tās piemērošanas kritērijus un tiesiskās sekas, izpētīt normatīvo regulējumu starptautiskajās tiesībās un citu valstu nacionālajos normatīvajos regulējumos. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot apstākļu izmaiņas klauzulas vietu un tās nepieciešamību Latvijas civiltiesībās. Tēmas aktualitāte ir pamatota ar to, ka apstākļu izmaiņas doktrīna iegūst arvien lielāku popularitāti starptautiskajos unifikācijas dokumentos, kas ir vērsti uz civiltiesību modernizāciju, un lielākajā daļa Eiropas valstu nacionālajos normatīvajos aktos.
