El consumo de cocaína va en aumento en la población mundial, los efectos del consumo de esta droga pueden ocasionar efectos secundarios. Se presenta un caso de paciente femenino de 48 años de edad que presenta una úlcera crónica buco-nasal de 2 meses de evolución, la cual le ocasiona problemas para la deglución y fonación. Worldwide, the use of cocaine has an increased over the years, various secondary effects have been described. Here we present a 48 years old female with a 2-month evolution bucconasal ulcer in the hard palate induced by cocaine usage accompanied by swallow and phonation dysfunctions. Ethiopathogenesis, differential diagnoses and treatment are discussed.

BackgroundPrevious studies suggest that engagement in any type of physical activity can be protective against mental health issues, whereas elite-level athletes can endure various mental health challenges. The aim of this study was to determine variations in the prevalence of psychological distress among elite sambo athletes and their recreational counterparts.MethodsA sample consisting of 245 athletes (127 males and 118 females) was chosen. Out of the total sample, 105 were elite-level athletes while 140 were recreational athletes. This article reports on a qualitative investigation of Albanian students’ motives for preferring certain real-life situations to be used in school mathematics, and possible connections of these motives to characteristics and issues within Albanian society. It is based on realistic interviews with students from Grades 8 and 9 in a school in the district of Shkodra in northern Albania. Interviews were conducted after students experienced five teaching units which dealt with mathematics embedded in real-life situations. Since French Society enters the so-called “Economy of knowledge”, migrations of young people, especially these concerning students, are of most interests. Despite the fact that it could help to understand University as a system and ways regions can evolve, the study of students' migrations was not yet done. A set of results highlights first the main role of French capital region. It shows also main changes in migrations of students following vocational training in University. At least, it reveals that architectures of students' migrations look like these of migrations of the whole French population.

The purpose of the paper is to specify the nature of the seasonal behaviors of tourist stay demand in Tunisia by using recent tools of monthly time series analysis. The available series (tourist expenditures, prices, guest nights, reception capacities,...) are analyzed with the classical theory of demand and the theory of supply induced demand. Empirical results show that these series are generated by non stationary processes which seasonality is stochastic and deterministic. The extent of the maximum likelihood method proposed by Lee (1992) for monthly data emphasizes unit roots and cointegration relationships at some seasonal frequencies.
