The Finnish government has decided to implement a reform in the social and healthcare system by combining the two in the future. There are several drivers for this change that have been identified. Large number of information systems that are not interoperable, challenges in data management and isolated service offering are the most significant ones. En este trabajo se reconstruye y analiza la historia del desaparecido café de España de Valencia, que fue inaugurado el primero de mayo de 1886. En su instalación y decoración intervinieron empresas, artistas y artesanos valencianos. Este espacio para la práctica de la sociabilidad pública fue único en su categoría y sobresalió por su suntuoso ambiente. De hecho, fue considerado como uno de los mejores de Europa y, según Azorín –uno de sus tertulianos–, “no lo habría tampoco en el mismo París”. Ojcowie Reformacji: Marcin Luter i Jan Kalwin zakwestionowali kult obrazu. Posługiwali się różnymi argumentami. Marcin Luter dopuszczał obecność obrazów w przestrzeni kościelnej, a Jan Kalwin – nie. Ich teologia mocno oddziałała na Europę, tak że nawet katolicyzm w swej potocznej wrażliwości odszedł od rozumienia obrazu kultycznego, a wszedł w czas sztuki. Obraz przestał być pojmowany jako szczególne miejsce obecności (ikona), a zaczął funkcjonować jako dzieło sztuki, przestał być medium odnoszącym do oryginału, ale sam stał się oryginałem w sensie artystycznym.

2018. gada nodokļu reforma ietekmēja gandrīz ikviena Latvijas iedzīvotāja dzīvi, un, ņemot vērā, ka ir pagājuši gandrīz trīs gadi kopš tās realizēšanas sākuma 2018. gadā, darba autors uzskata par nepieciešamu izvērtēt nodokļu reformas efektivitāti, vājās puses, kā arī ar aprēķinu palīdzību izvērtēt patiesos ieguvumus neto ienākumos dažādām iedzīvotāju grupām. Kā lielākie nodokļu reformas ieguvēji tiek uzskatīti vismazāk pelnošie valsts iedzīvotāji, pateicoties pazeminātai IIN likme ienākumiem zem 1667 EUR mēnesī, kā arī dažāda veida nodokļu atvieglojumu apmēru palielināšanai. Finnish reform of the funding and provision of special education : the views of principals and municipal education administrators

This study examines the current state of special education provision and resources in Finland after the extensive reform of the government transfer system and Basic Education Act implemented in 2010–2011. Data were collected from a survey of compulsory school principals and from interviews with the highest-ranking officials in municipal education administration. The results show that participants viewed the Basic Education Act as having a more significant impact on the provision of special education than the reform of the government transfer system. Partly due to the reforms, local authorities have targeted the resources of special education differently and used resources more effectively. …
