Erityisopetuksesta oppimisen ja koulunkäynnin tukeen

Erityisopetuksena tunnettu perusopetuksen keskeinen toimintamalli on ollut voimallisten muutosten kohteena 1990-luvun lopulta aina näihin päiviin saakka. Vuoden 1998 perusopetuslain myötä alkanut asteittaisten uudistusten sarja kulminoitui vuonna 2011 voimaan tulleisiin perusopetuslain muutoksiin ja oppimisen ja koulunkäynnin tuen järjestelmän toimeenpanoon. Edellisenä vuonna toteutettu valtionosuuslain muutos vaikutti myös olennaisesti erityisopetuksen rahoitukseen ja resursointiin. Conceptualising Violence in Close Relationships : Discrepancies Between Police Conceptions and the Letter of the Law in Finland

AbstractThe focus in this Finland-based study is on violence in close relationships—a term that partly overlaps with the more commonly used ‘domestic violence’, ‘family violence’ and ‘intimate partner violence’. We demonstrate how police officers’ conceptualisations of such violence differ from how it is defined in relevant legal documents. The data consists of the Government Bill and legal text on the subject issued as part of a legal reform enacted in 2010, and of a qualitative sample of freelist responses from 79 police officers. Bakalaura darba “Imperatora Justiniāna iekšpolitiskās un reliģiskās reformas (527.-565.gads)” galvenais mērķis ir izpētīt Justiniāna reformu problēmas – gan radītās, gan novērstās, kā arī izpētīt reformu popularitāti sabiedrībā. Pētījums sadalīts trīs daļās: 1) Impērijas pamatu veidošana ar Diokletiāna un Konstantīna reformām 2) Justiniāna iekšpolitiskās reformas 3) Justiniāna reliģiskās reformas. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, bakalaura darbā ir izvirzīti uzdevumi: jāapskata iepriekšējo imperatoru noteiktās doktrīnas un ieviestās reformas, jāizpēta Justiniāna reformas un jāsalīdzina kopīgās un atšķirīgās problēmas, ko radīja reformas.

Vuotta 2017 voi hyvällä syyllä kutsua sukupolvemme suurimmaksi merkkivuodeksi ja myös lähiaikojen merkittävimmäksi mahdollisuudeksi reflektoida kansallista identiteettiä Suomessa. Tuolloin vietetään Suomen itsenäisyyden 100-vuotisjuhlaa ja samana vuonna tulee kuluneeksi myös 500 vuotta reformaation alkamisesta Saksan Wittenbergissä. Fiscal consolidation and financial reforms

We use data for a panel of 17 countries over the period 1980-2005 to investigate the impact of fiscal consolidation on the likelihood of financial reforms. We show that fiscal adjustments do not boost the implementation of financial reforms. However, tax-driven fiscal consolidation programs raise the likelihood of banking sector reforms. Moreover, we find that: (i) an increase in the degree of trade openness makes countries less likely to implement financial reforms; (ii) an increase in the interest rate spreads accelerates the path of financial reforms, especially, external capital account reforms; and (iii) an improvement in the quality of political institutions strongly enhances the prob…

Diplomdarbā „Ārvalstu tiešās investīcijas Latvijā kopš 2004.gada un to noteicošo faktoru analīze” tiek analizēti makroekonomiskie un institucionālie faktori, kas ietekmē ĀTI piesaistes iespējas. Tā mērķis ir ar gravitācijas modeļa palīdzību noskaidrot faktorus, kas ir nozīmīgi ĀTI piesaistē Latvijā, un izstrādāt ieteikumus, kā palielināt ienākošās ĀTI ar reformu palīdzību. Pēc regresijas analīzes var secināt, ka darba ražīgums, valūtas maiņas kurss, IKP uz vienu iedzīvotāju, kopēja robeža, inflācija, tirgus atvērtība, izaugsme ir nozīmīgi makroekonomiskie faktori, bet korupcijas apkarošana, izglītības kvalitāte, likumdošanas kvalitāte ir nozīmīgi institucionālie faktori ĀTI piesaistīšanai. …

Termin „sztuka potrydencka” używany jest w odniesieniu do powstającej po Soborze Trydenckim (1545-1563) sztuki sakralnej. Sztuka religijna XVI i XVII wieku włączyła się w działania związane z kontrreformacją, broniąc dogmatów Kościoła rzymskokatolickiego i polemizując z protestantami. W artykule podjęto ważne pytania: Dlaczego dzieła El Greco można zaliczyć do tzw. „przedstawień kontrreformacyjnych”? Jakie tematy i w jaki sposób poruszane tematy przemawiały na rzecz wiary głoszonej przez Kościół rzymskokatolicki? Na ile sam El Greco miał świadomość, że przez swoje arcydzieła bronił, uzasadniał i potwierdzał nauczanie tego Kościoła?

Este trabajo se propone dar a conocer la comedia de La conversión de la Magdalena, una obra hagiográfica anónima e inédita que perteneció a la colección teatral de Diego Sarmiento de Acuña, conde de Gondomar. Se analizarán aspectos formales como las características codicológicas de la copia, su esquema métrico y estructura, así como la visión ideológica que representa y la gestión de la materia histórico-legendaria que constituye su fuente principal. Formará parte importante del estudio el cotejo de esta comedia con una obra homónima anterior perteneciente al Códice de autos viejos.
