Since 1996, ACCEM has developed a strategy of observation that articulates national observation and local observatories. Later, in the aftermath of what we prefer to call the ‘refugee reception crisis’, the deportation of those who had received negative asylum decisions began. Celem badań przedstawionych w niniejszym artykule było zdiagnozowanie miejsca oraz ram interpretacyjnych (framingu) zagadnień związanych z bezpieczeństwem w debatach przedwyborczych. Analizie poddane zostały debaty telewizyjne, które odbyły się w miastach wojewódzkich przed wyborami samorządowymi z 2014 r. oraz parlamentarnymi z 2015 r. Prezentowane badania pokazują zasadnicze zróżnicowanie, zarówno jeśli chodzi o obecność kwestii bezpieczeństwa w debacie na poziomie krajowym ^lokalnym, jak i narracji stosowanej w odniesieniu do poszczególnych typów bezpieczeństwa.

Celem artykułu jest znalezienie odpowiedzi na następujące pytania: 1) W jaki sposób problem uchodźców jest wyrażony językowo w wybranych zbiorach tekstów? 2) Jakie cechy charakterystyczne nadaje uchodźcom prasa i jak są oni oceniani? 3) Jakie różnice i podobieństwa można zaobserwować w opisie problematyki uchodźców w oparciu o wybrane zbiory tekstów?

Measuring Vulnerability of Asylum Seekers and Refugees in Italy

In recent years, a growing number of forced migrants have travelled to Italy across the Mediterranean Sea. While the number of new arrivals has diminished since 2017, the Italian reception system still struggles to process the high number of applications for international protection.
